OMG is all I can say. I wondered when they had Joe Scarborough and Mica on this morning. Never saw them on a Saturday. I love all the memes and all the great words and all the tears and Glennie -- add Elijah Cummings in your list. I know he is a good angel and surely was helping too. So, I think Trump ( maybe his people ) may be now spending a lot of time trying to figure out the best deal for himself. There is SDNY who are ready to pounce. He could ( I read it somewhere ) wait till the 21 st. resign so Pence could pardon him -- though it wouldn't help all that much. But he may be quite busy between news, golf and trying to figure how to make an adequate deal for himself. I read yesterday -- rather than having to participate in ANY way in the transfer of power, he might go away for Thanksgiving and just not come back. That would sound a lot like him.
I hope the enablers will see their way clear to straightening up a bit now. I also hope as mentioned that the two run-offs just might be able to squeak into the Senate. I'd love to see McConnell go to the bottom tier. Even at that -- I do think things will have to change. While a lot of the Reps. got voted back in and I'm not sure why -- they are not free to do as they wish which has been how they were operating with Trump. So we shall see.
My happiness is almost limitless right now. We are finally looking at freedom from this deranged orange crook who not only stole everything he could from us monetarily speaking but made us a laughingstock and make us ( never mind talking FBI, Homeland Security, and all those depts. ) unsafe by ditching as many regulations as he could get rid of.
Just imagine the history books. In the chapter on Trump it will be barf, barf, barf. He was a rather heinous part of our history where nothing fit right as he tried to dismantle democracy. Four yrs. of mocking all we hold dear. Adios orange sucker. He should have known he'd never walk away unscathed -- not after the four yrs. or torture and hell.

And the people did!

My husband, sound mixer that he is, might make an endless loop of "You're Fired", in Trump's own voice. I'd love to have it blaring out over a loudspeaker outside the White House, 24/7 until he vacates the premises.
