He hasn't managed to stand up to any dictators out there at all -- but these women he whines about all the time.

Hi, Veeder. Welcome.

Oldie but good

Beats the heck out of me but they do it every time. I hope there are not enough of them left after this election to turn it around and get another chance to do us in and un-do what we set to rights for them time after time.

Jack5ie---Um, that's the kind of chocolate bar I've been having....it was fine after I chased it with a Kit Kat bar (LOL--just kidding--I know those are the best to get...)
NO, DONALD--THAT'S NOT A CORNER--THAT'S YOUR BUTT! AND IT'S NOT BEAUTIFUL--JUST BIG AND FAT!

MrsM,
Where in Ohio do you live? I'm in northern Ontario now but I moved from Montreal to Akron in the late 60s and then to Cleveland in the 80's. Been back in Canada for 12 years now, but with my dual citizenship I am able to vote absentee in federal elections. I spent a couple of months down there from early August to about 3 weeks ago (family emergency) and was staying in a lovely Akron suburb that had a distressing number of Trump signs in their lovely lawns. I still don't understand how anyone can support him. (BTW, I graduated from LeBron's high school alma mater, so I'm always glad to see him stepping up to the plate in so many ways.)

Wow!! Liar goes from freezing temps to 87 at Bucs stadium. It is hot today!! Joe will be at the state fairgrounds soon,
Had to giggle, Fox cut off liar to broadcast Joe. He won’t be happy, poor whiny baby.

pingpong, another one here who spent time in Ohio (27 years). Went to and graduated from both University of Cincinnati and The Ohio State, married in Ohio and lived in the Dayton area until jobs took us to California.

Born raised in Cincinnati. Lived there 35 years before moving here. Don’t miss it a bit. Or my racist repug in-laws.

Welcome Veeder!
Ruth,,, I have never frozen York Peppermint Patties, but now I want to! (frozen Reese's peanut butter cups are the bomb too.)
Sorry Trill for all the chocolate talk.
From freezing cold in Omaha, to the heat in FL, tRump is trying to kill his supporters,,, in addition to the Covid.

Word for the wise: If you want chocolate for Tuesday, do not buy it now. I have eaten four of the Peppermint Patties that I put in the freezer this afternoon!
I love all the memes, but especially the 'rounding the corner' one which I am going to put on my Facebook page.

I just want to say how much I enjoy reading/lurking here: the memes, cartoons, comments, chocolate talk, all of it!
