    Today I am grateful for Facebook,  it is allowing me to enjoy a friends visit to my hometown of Sydney, she is the girl who helped me so much after my surgery so she has a special place in my heart.

    Thank you Cheryl!  You all are most kind.

    I am grateful I made my boyfriend laugh out loud!  I can't remember the last time I heard it and was immediately thankful.

    I had a Herceptin injection yesterday and the smell now makes me so sick to my stomach.   Anyone else experience this?  I have many more months to go and it concerns me that the smell alone with make me lose my cookies while I am getting the infusion.

    Day #81

    Today I am grateful for my home. I love almost everything about it (would like to add a sunroom) but mostly, I love that it's mine. It's cozy, warm, safe, a family type of home. Rarely spotless but rather, lived in!

    Lovewins, again congrats. 

    Chrissy, I want your weather! Lol.

    Cheryl, thanks. Can you believe FB wasn't even around 15 years ago?

    Grateful for the local Farmers Market .... organic grown veggies, pesticide free stuff, hormone free meat and poultry ...etc etc .....

    LOL red for the Betty white quote on the favorite quotes thread ....I almost peed my pants laughing ....

    I copied and sent it to all my gal pals .Happythanks for the laugh .

    For Friday - grateful that my dd, almost 16, brought home her first real boyfriend.  Polite, respectful, cute as a button and as I say - "a young man of quality"   YEAH


    Today - grateful that the sun is out and my kids have both been reasonable this AM.  No fighting or bugging me about things.  Great way to begin a Saturday

    Nel, I am so happy that her first choice is a nice young man. They seem to be few and far between nowadays. 

    Pooh, but Betty White was ever so correct. Yes? I laughed too, even showed it to my hubby and he laughed as well.

    well today I have a funny one...

    This morning my across the street neighbor was washing his truck and his wife's car was parked in the street to be washed and I yelled, hey Chuck don't forget me.... Well at 1pm I was going out to pick up a friend and I opened the front door and there he was in my driveway washing my car... What can I say, you know who I'm grateful to and what I'm grateful for

    I have to catch up! :-)

    3/20-Thankful for a surprise gift from my husband.  One of the things my Mom & I did in 2003 after she had been diagnosed with breast cancer is we took a class about healing with crystals.  Ever since then, I've carried a couple of crystals with me from time to time depending on what's been going on.  My husband saw me putting some crystals in my pocket the other day.  That day, he went to Alex & Ani and bought me a bracelet that contains crystals so I wouldn't have to carry them in my pockets.

    3/21-Thankful for a quiet night with a nice glass of wine to process through all of the happenings of the week.

    3/22-Thankful that my daughter encouraged me to take a walk with her and our puppy.  It was nice to get out even though it was chilly out.

    3/23-Today I'm thankful to be taking my daughters and their friends to see Divergent.

    hbcheryl - love that neighbor!!!

    grateful today as I am beginning to make progress on "decorating"  the condo we moved into in December.  And by decorating I mean hanging pictures, deciding how rooms should be arranged.  We came in, hit the holidays, busy work time and just sort of sat with everything.  3 months alter I am getting a feel for where I want things.  I like it!

    Today I am grateful that my mom is finally on her way to her Caribbean Cruise. Life has been overwhelming for her this week, so she had no time to anticipate her holiday. Then boom, it was here. Please let everything go well for her this week. Let her find some fun in life.

    grateful that I went into a Les Mills fitness class 5 years ago, through that class and many others that I have since taken I have met many friends and today they put on a wonderful pre birthday party in my honor, oh and I'm grateful for the delicious selection of chocolate cakes that were served
