-

-
Hi foots big hugs
U r so sweet jazzy...michael bought me a dq today, yay...
-
Hi hermits- I am trying to get myself back on a bit more of a "schedule" since I have been in between contracts and find I am loosing discipline in a number of areas. So I started my day by going to the gym and getting a lot done today. Including a trip to the store and in the process, I got some sugar free A&W root beer and some ice creme. Root beer float time!
Blondie- well that is just good to hear. A DQ from Michael, whoda thunkit?
Foots- I am glad you are doing okay. It is getting warm here too, I was out doing things early. Into the 90s this week. Typical SW temps for our part of the world in June. I bet Faith has a lot of fur.
Teka- enjoy the rains, I know your part of the world needs some moisture.
Glad to hear Texas is drying out. My friends there say it is one huge mess in all the big cities with the flooding.
I wonder how Cami is doing?
-
whats a DQ please?
-
Short for Dairy Queen. Ice creme place well known here in the US.
-
Yep jazzy i knos n didn't eat the wholething, lol
-
One of the grocery stores here in NM just began stocking and selling Friendlees ice creme. That place was huge in my home state growing up. I go there whenever I am back east. I bought some more today!
-
Did You save some for me? It's really would taste good.
With a cold drink and Faith to help eat it.
Anyone else too
-
You got it Foot. I wish I could serve up a tray of RB floats to everyone, Faith included.
My father's birthday is this Sunday. Every year, I always eat something he liked when he was on this side with us. RB floats one of his favorites. So I am having one not just for myself but for him, which he would do if he were here. He has been gone awhile now, but still miss him.
-
Just remember I will be there and share mine with Faith.
It is going to get very hot by the weekend here, So I will
need to find cool places to go. My old house has very bad
vent. God bless You all Faith and I are sending our love.
-
Foots- getting hot here this weekend too. Going to hit the 90s today. From the cool wet May right into the hot month of June. Stay cool.
Love to you and Faith as well.
-
Hey foots
Jazzy want to take andrew to friendlys 4 his bd, which is today, on friday, we love that place, it is mom mom n aandrew day...
-
Blondie- we used to always go to Friendlys for ice creme (DQ too) and often would go on my dad's pay day (once a month back in the day) to Friendless and have burgers and fries, then a hot fudge sundae at the end. Those were the days, simple pleasures are the best. I hope you get to go Friday.
I always go when I am back east (multiple times actually!)
I went to full moon yoga outside tonight. It was awesome. I brought you all into our circle tonight. I hope you felt the love!
-
Did my laundry tonight and now am ready for the weather,
not really ever ready. Faith is sleeping most of the day hot at
night. blondiex hugs coming Your way. Sending a lot of good
thoughts and pray. To everyone here(((((((((((((((((((((((( Love back to You)))))))))))))))))))
-
Foots- it is getting warm here. Went out this evening as things cooled to do some watering and work in the garage. We might get rain this weekend.
I hope Faith is staying cool. Good for a hot puppy to sleep in the warmer weather. Is she a golden retriever?
-
yes and I got her hair cut shorter and now I need to do
it again. She is a golden, husky, and like lassie
-
Foots- I love golden retrievers. I know they make great service dogs. I have some friends in Phoenix who train goldens from pups.
My sister also has a golden and we all love her. She likes to pose for pictures.
-
What a gorgeous dog............

I am struggling to find reasons to keep going, I feel so lousy every day, even my knuckles, I have no energy and know that I am more irritable. After my elation at moving away from the worst stresses reality has hit, this house is nowhere near as comfortable as my own, it has much better views and I prefer it in some ways BUT I am seriously struggling for money. I have 532 dollars to live on per month, and of that 140 goes to feed my animals, 50 goes to protect them from fly borne diseases and fleas and ticks, 82 dollars goes on physio, leaving me 260 dollars for food, water, fuel and everything else........I kept blaming myself why I was getting in to debt but not I can see it all too well and I have no fast solutions. I am at my maximum on ovedrdraft and have exceeded my credit card limit. I am still waiting for an appointment for disability assessment but that will not bring me in any income just make my physio costs tax deductible........and I lack so much energy and am so deeply fatigued all the time I wonder if its worth it...........I am not depressed just profoundly fatigued and exhausted
-
Lily- I am sorry you are still not feeling well emotionally. I know this has been going on for you for awhile. Is there any counseling available to you where you live? Someone trained to help you through this would be of enormous help to you.
-
I am having counselling, the reality is I cannot afford to live
-
Lily- do you have any family anywhere you can live with until you can get back on your feet?
-
-
Lily,
If only we lived closer and could go out for breakfast, brunch, or lunch once a week, my treat. I could use the company!
Friday night we kept hearing a noise outside that sounded like an animal in distress. Husband went looking and found a fawn about the size of a cat with its leg caught between some sticks. He was able to free the leg while the mama was blowing and stomping her feet. Probably the doe and fawn will graze in our freshly planted vegetable garden this Summer.
I managed to finish weeding then planting flower seeds and plants in the 3 flower beds. I did get chewed up by the horrid little black flies that hatch out in the Spring.
*Good Morning, Everyone* -
Sorry i haven't been here lately, been busy here at home lately
-
Mommy- good to hear from you. I hope you are doing well and feeling well?
Teka- I would go to lunch with Lily and you too.
Busy day today. Friend came over to pick up keys for the house to check in on things while I am away this coming week, dinner with some folks I know moving to town here this month this evening.
Add to that list, hanging out on the patio!
-
Jazzy, I could do lunch.
Today, Husband and I found a dragon wing begonia for the one flower pot in the morning sun and afternoon shade.
-
Doing very well. My Avon business is picking up a little.
