Keonghi- Hoping for negative nodes and a quick recovery for you.

Hi ladies, I'm home resting now from my ALND. I think after having a BMX everything else is pretty easy. I have divit under my arm now the size of a tennis ball cut in half but at least it doesn't show when my arm is down. I won't know how many nodes were removed or if any were hot until pathology comes back. Praying they are all clear and I can truly begin healing. I was telling my girlfriend how different it was going through this without all you guys like we did through the BMXs. But I appreciate all the support and prayers from those of you still on here.
Hope everyone is doing well! ;-) -
I am glad you did well, keonghi
Hope all of them are cold.
Just got last fill today, 600 cc total. Right boob may not come out right bcs of previous lumpectomy. It is flat on the bottom. Oh well.
-
Praying you have a speedy recovery! Hope you don't feel to much alone. We're all in this together. Glad that surgery is behind you!
-
Keongi, praying for clear results and healing thoughts to u .. Hugs

Lisamarie- How are your fills going. It seems your ps is going at a snails pace. I am up to 210 cc's and it is looking better each time I go. I can only have 275 implants because of both sides having radiation, plus I am a tiny built person. I was disappointed when she told me this until she explained the different implants and different projections. Mine really don't hurt at all anymore. They are just hard and numb. I am glad you are back to work. I can't wait to be done with chemo and rads to finally get something that is squishy.
-
Dianarose , the fills are partly my fault . I missed my 2nd fill and had to wait . so I have had 2 fills , I am up to 120cc in each side . my next fill back on track wednesday. I feel better for a bit then uncomfortable most at night . and after work (if i do day shift i hurt) I am not sure how much i am getting , he said we have 4 to 6 more fills ugh .. I am not getting double Ds..lol .. I am also small 5 foot and about 103 lbs .. not sure whats going on.. lol.. but he is the most gentle loving PS ever.. I was only able to get 40cc at first because i thought it was uncomfortable now this time i got 90cc in each maybe next time more .. lol . I hope u are well u sound in good spirits
hugs to u

Lisamarie-I am glad you are doing better with this. I won't be able to get my exchange until probably May of next yr. I had to make friends with the dam TE's and move on to chemo. Chemo has it's moments, but I will get through it and then rads. I think I hate rads the most. I hated them last time and I am sure nothing has changed. I am nervous that they will get my lung again as they did last time and I had issues for months. They also made me extremely tired. Oh well, that too will be behind me at some point. Have a great day and stay positive.
-
Keonghi, feel better each day!
-
It is a long haul for you Dianarose, I am thinking about you and wishing you healing energy.
-
0/26 nodes! I just got the all clear today! Yay! Now I just have to do radiation then get on with my life.
-
Congratulations Keonghi!
-
Keonghi I am so happy for you. That is super!
-
Hurray for your clean nodes Keonghi !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's 3:56 am and I am off to work. I must be crazy. Can't sleep since I started chemo.
-
Keonghi , Congrats to you ... doing the happy dance for ya !!! All Clear !
-
keonghi, I am soooo happy for you!!!
-
Yea!!! Keonghi. great news! so happy that you are free and clear!! I start PT next week, though my ROM is doing much better. I am done with fills...i stopped at 360. I want small breasts and hated the fills. I have scheduled my exchange surgery for October 18th. anyone else schedule exchange yet? xxoo
-
Wow Longislandmom ... how come exchange not until October ??? my PS said after fills are complete I will rest for a month then schedule exchange .. I am far from that .. I only have 130 cc in each as of now . next fill wednesday .. hope PT helps you feel better . I am back to working and so happy . I am doing both day and night shifts . I feel sore after day shift but ok after nights .. anyway I am just happy to be back to work .. less stresssss.. hugs Lisa

I am finished with fills. 600 cc. My right boob is flat at the bottom. Any one else have this? I have to wait 2 months and see what happens with it. Looks weird, even in clothes. How is every one else's shape? How do I access the photo section?
-
Plymouthpeople- It could just be a fold in the expander or the expander itself. When I get up in the morning mine are all out of shape because I am a stomach sleeper. I can't get my exchange for 3 to four months after rads which will be April or May or even longer if the ps thinks they need to heal more. I only want to do it once, so I won't mind waiting a bit longer. Mine actually look better in clothes than the real ones did. I can only get a 275 implant though due to my small frame and rads. I hope it all works out for you.
-
how can you sleep on your stomach with the damn te? I am a stomach sleeper too.. and just cant do it.. feels like i am squishing it
-
Thanks for the feedback, Dianarose. I just hope it looks normalish at the end. Is it ok to sleep on your stomach? I'd like to do that if it is ok!
-
It doesn't hurt to sleep on my stomach and they seem to go back in shape in the morning. I take Xanax to sleep at night since chemo and once I am out I sleep however. The TE's are pretty durable.
Hope everyone has a great day. Two more days of the chemo pills and then a 13 day break, hurray !!!
-
Plymouth to get to the photo page you have to pm nowheregirl (I think that's her name) and follow her instructions. They want to protect our privacy and keep it secure. I'm going to ask my PS tomorrow about scheduling my exchange. After tomorrow I will be at 720cc's and would like to get the surgery before my kids go back to school.

Thanks for the info markat.
How do 720 cc feel? are they heavy?
-
Keonghi, Such good news! Happy dancing for you! Here is to another step completed!
I've been sleeping on my stomach again with the TE. I just push an extra pillow down under me until I'm comfortable and then drift off. I don't have much pain with it now and have even started doing push ups against the wall. I'm about 2/3 the size of my natural breast but it sits so much higher and very full near my armpit. Today, I forgot to put my foob in, lol. My shirt is loose and not many people around at work so I'm not stressing about it. Tough luck if it bothers anyone, they can just not look!
Hope everyone is doing great! Still catching up on posts. This weekend was busy with a garage sale and I fell behind on reading posts! It's so busy around this site!
Have a great day everyone!
-
Keonghi, so so happy to hear that your all clear. that is fabulous news!! Congrats. Hope your feeling well. Robbin (rtnyc)
-
Plymouth they feel very heavy! But I'm a big girl. I'm 5'11 and a little overweight, so I need the biggest implant.
-
I feel like shit. I had 120cc today now I'm at 250 I hurt. Ps says I'm a small b now
hurt bad.
