INSOMNIACS place to talk in the wee hours

Wish I could deliver this in person. Even though my car park is not anything like Chevy's lol.
-
Tang! I'll hug you, but that isn't my yard! Rosie and her Husband work in their yard all the time! I LOVE it! So peaceful, and shady in the back.... They also have a hot-tub! Janie and I are standing by it... Okay..... ((((( little tang )))) xoxoxoxoxo

Boyd: hair to your butt? (boggles) Mine only ever grew to my waist, and at that I felt like I was tipping over when I put it up. And no way was I managing to fit MINE in a swim cap either, or I'd have looked like Marge Simpson on a bad hair day. Now I'm scriggly-plushy short--short enough to perplex little kids.
Goats: thank you for the image of Little Toadie cooling his claws in the goats' water container. What did goats think? Just drank around him?
-
Spookie:

Some of my artwork.
I tried to donate my hair when I cut it off in 2011, but they don't want white hair! Speaking of hair, I got it cut again today, 2nd time since losing it all, and got it short and spiked. My NYC niece loves it. She is my fashion guru. She's in drama school, she's a gifted comedic actress, Carol Burnett an Lucille Ball rolled into one, and 6' tall. She goes to New School and walks dogs.
We're going to take our anniversary getaway trip this weekend, so I'm sure I'll have a lot of catching up to do.

Oh I missed Chevy's pictures. Nows I gets it Tang.
Who was it that recommended the Lady Grey tea? Oh yes, had that in the cabinet. Instead of the Apple Chai iced I tried that this afternoon. Yummy. Stays this hot I might actually empty something out of the tea cabinet.
Mags - Ducks in a row - never had that. Chaos reigns around here. DH went looking for some password sign in on an old bill - like from 4 years ago. HA - good luck buddy. We have no filing system. I have made some of my own. Not that we don't own filing cabinets - 3 of them. Two in the closet buried. One he used for his home based business from 9 years ago - I cleaned most of it out (some stuff he still wanted) and it's mine now. Next week I need to spend days shredding again. I save those giant empty TP pkgs to put shredding in. Hope you and your DH have a wonderful trip.
Queenie - I found Toad Boy on their water b4 I let them out. He was still there when I left after feeding them. DH says he's found them swimming around in the water. The goats don't react to crows that fly in, probably didn't phase them. I had a green frog on the back door for a few hours today. Guess he finally went under the bushes I watered yesterday. Back patio says 103.8.
-
Thanks Mags That was sweet and much appreciated
, Thanks HeartnSoul and Grandi equally appreciated
. Controversy continues, but staying away. Mema, thinking of you(waving)
-
Goats: DH's found the toads in the drinking water? (He might have found the goats too, for all I know. At 103.8 degrees, some of the lesser imps would take delight in a dip in your goats' water.)
I don't remember who first mentioned Lady Grey, but it's great in hot weather, I think. At least what passes for hot in Michigan.
-
Finally we got a day here that was not hot enough to have to use my a/c!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
ha! Thanks Mags! Goats, for you!

-

Instead of a margarita, I'll have a beer
-
Feeling good enough to go eat. I am so cheating and getting a salad. (my counts have always stayed pretty good) I know the little place really well and they have really fresh stuff. I want to swim in ranch dressing.
-
Mema, I so will have a Margareta with you
-
-
Yay Frey for feeling gooooddd! Enjoy that salad. I've been looking up jello salad recipes. Can you tell I'm hot? Maybe by October sometime the AC won't be on at least all the time. Dreading the electric bill.
Mema - I think you're in the Metroplex, right? I'm in Northern Parker County.
Yup it was the toads a swimmin'. Goats are not fond of water to splash in. I have given a goat a bath in my beginning show goat days. Ha, gave that up rather quickly. Joke around here - Is it raining? Nope, the goats are still out.
Love the squirrel Spookie.
-
Hey, goats are smart. What can I say?
-
once upon a time, before the rains and the dog park wasn't flooded, I had a white poodle.

-
Looks like somebody had a lot of fun!
-
He did!!!
-
You got enough shampoo to get him clean? Or does most of it just squirt off?

I like this thread, seems to be lots of pet lovers! I have 4 fur babies: collie, shepard, pit bull, & English Bulldog plus 4 horned babies (goats). 3 clawed babies (cats) and an assortment of fins (koi) and feathers (chickens). Keeps us busy, but there's lots of wet kisses and love.
-
Love that pic of Kris
-
Most of it is sand. I use shampoo for white dogs for both, and conditioner. His coat is soooo thick, I can't get a brush through it. She gets the frizzies. He smelled pretty bad too.
-
Yay for Frey!!!
Marlana, 🎶are you sleeping? Are you sleeping🎶

For you Goats and Mommy and whoever is hot.

-
Ms. Chevy, I want that hug too. Ok, gotta go finish packing flying out at 12:30 am. Yikes! Florida, here I come
