Ha Ziggy FBB is just plain nice and nice to everybody so don't take it personally-
Oh u guys are always getting in trouble so why do u even as.
Oh on the old people's thread one of the gals gave us a recipe for peach something with cool whip and pie filling and pineapple marshmellows and sweetened condense mil soinds yummy and all u do is throw this stuff together ad put it in the fridge. So easy, I think so.
-
No, cami, FBB like me special, she even said I'm normal. She never said you're normal.. so there. You're as bad as chevy. Maybe worse, 'cause you act all innocent and like you... And why are you hanging out on the old people's thread? Leave those old peoples alone!
-
hey ladies, gosh I'm so far behind.
Sending you all sunshine & love.
-
Thanks for the laugh! I needed it!
Peach stuff does sound yummy.
In NJ mosquitoes are big enough to be pets. It's the state bird.
-
So okay! Went out to Cherry Creek shopping center! Now anybody that knows ANYthing, knows you have to be ritzy-titsy to shop around there! It was so fun! Only bought a couple things, but walked ALL the way to the end, with the rich folk, then escalated UPstairs, and back!
AND they had a Farmers Market in a huge parking lot! So naturally we had to walk over THERE.... I was happy with my Starbucks!
Now home, and re-arranged a few yard things...(stuff) Getting ready for the rain/snow mix tonight AND all day tomorrow! I can hardly wait... crap!
Okay, I know all about Edema.... but don't know why I get it in only one leg... in one ankle! If I don't wear compression stockings, it gets worse. It is probably like you say Sass.... EVERYthing we do, or don't do, has an effect on our systems! Maybe even age? So thank you Sass... I understand it all a lot better now!
"Rosie".... (our other "Daughter" from another Mother, brought me over a HUGE hanging flower pot! It is gorgeous.... AND a gift card for Home Depot... She knows I LOVE to look over their gardening section!
Oh! Lilshit woke up....! She saw her picture! Ha, ha! And anyone with any sense, knows that snakes have to be kept warm! But no, we don't need college funds for mosquito's... little dink!
And yes Cammi, I really DID understand that! YOU are going to "cook?" Like what for instance? Campbell bean with bacon soup? Go buy some Pizzelle's or something... Or buy a jar of Lupine's.... those are always good.... Whip up a batch of Tiramisu! (In your spare time!)
Blondie.... they still don't know why you can't breathe? Seriously? So this is probably a silly question, but do you have Asthma, or Copd?
Susan, just go with it... pretend you know all about our little wild one Phyllydink.... It will be easier that way... See, she escaped the big house, but has to wear the ankle monitor.... just like the other bad guys do... ! That's funny about giving him a bath! But why, or how does he get "dirty?" You just made that up!
FierceBB.... so glad to see you! I didn't know that about diet drinks! I remember when we used to put formaldehyde on our fingernails to make them stronger! I don't know WHERE my SIL got it... probably from the beauty shop! It's a WONder we didn't kill ourselves! I remember how our fingers would just ache, after we brushed it on!
Sass.... I know, I know.... but I don't do it anymore....
Yes, Cammi.... that peach stuff is worth a try! Okay, I'll do it too! Us older women have to do stuff like that!
Dutchess... the peach stuff is on the Older Womens thread! Sometimes we hang out there.... at least Cammi does...
-
sas, did you fart sideways?
-
That Peach recipe! Posted on another thread!
"For those who asked...Here is the fluffy peach salad recipe. It is SO good and SO easy. We had only a couple of spoonfuls left the other night.
Fluffy Peach Salad: 1 can peach pie filling.....1 can Eagle Brand milk...1 medium-sized can of crushed pineapple drained.....1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows......1 medium cool whip
Mix well and place in the refrigerator for at least four hours before serving! It makes a generous serving. We had 10 guests that night."
-
Thanks Chevy for posting the peach recipe. I was trying to figure out what the 'old lady' thread was that had this recipe.
Teka....you don't say much, but always crack me up.
-
FBI..we don't know each other..hope you r feeling better..getting more energy. I am pretty new here. Cami. Funny...as long as people are laughing with me not at me I am ok
Sorry I don't like peach anything..Carmel yes. Peach yucky
I kind understand the ankle bracelet..impossible to catch up on inside jokes
Phgraham am..I am jealous..never held an alligator!
!teka..rest up..that is on my list the rest of the day too. Done with work and the rest of my gardening
Do people really get sensors or are you guys just kidding
Zig..love the pic.laughed out loud
And no I don't eat fire ants..just love reptiles..so interesting to look at them. And my little guy isn't very big so he is not scary at all. And corn snake aren't scary ones anyway
Chevy..soooo not made up. My daughter said I had to give him a bath..no bubbles. He doesn't smell like cami when we are done..smells like nothing actually. My daughter also said I needed to take him out in the yard and carefully watch him crawl around. That when I said..well you can just take him back then since he is yours..I draw the line at baths..and I think that is showing my motherly love enough
Gotta go take some pain meds and get dinner going
See ya
Hope everyone is having a good day
-
For all our Florida gals!
OR.....
-
Thank goodness you posted the recipe for the peach stuff. I am waaaaay too young for the old people's threads.

-
blondes..hope they figure out the breathing issues. Saw at the bottom you r moving on to havalen. Are you on that yet? That is what I am on now. It has been the easiest for me to tolerate than the last 5 have been. Hope you have good luck on it too. Feel better
Happy weekend to all
Ohhhhh and when I was flower shopping today..lots of overhanging stuff where I went...a tick landed in my hair. Good thing I found it when I was in the car. Hadn't attached yet,but trying. I can just picture the tick up there saying...hey let's go jump on the cancer gal, that will give her a run for her money. Really....what are the odds.....
And the there was the dead mouse in my backyard......I hate boring days...must say this one was interesting
-
susan3,
Moderators carry a big f-ing stick!
-
Susan I'm not making fun of u, u'r just funny that's all I meant. A mouse doesn't he know about u'r Pet in the house, and a tick OMG, I'd be freakin' out. It seems like we're having more bugs this year.
Oh Phylostealapurse---U didn't pet an alligator u probably stole an alligator purse, u can tell us--we're liberal with whatever we do.
Ok Chevy I got all the stuff to make this peach stuff, now all I have to do is actually make it. Which is another story.
Oh I got roses today from my GF in CA---she's so kind to me all the time-they're all different colors.
I'm going to complain so skip this part cuz it's boring I just need to complain---I got my diarrhea back this afternoon and feel kinda sick, but I also fel anxietyish too, and I don't like that, I know I'm not done yet, cuz I have had the chills, usually that means I'm done hahaha I've pretty much figured this thing out--I have cancelled so many things because of this stupid thing over the years and of course when I didn't boy was I sorry--but I want to go out tomorrow and I'm telling myself this has to stop now--I think this has caused me to go a little crazier than I used to be. OK complaint over for NOW.
-
This momma duck made her nest in the flowers at a local department store. They just let her be. I found it interesting how she doesn't seem to mind the shoppers passing by. -
cami..sorry your intestines are purging....does anything help? Imodium doesn't stop mine but at least I can make it to the bathroom on time. It is amazing how much is in there.
And I wasn't insulted
. Impossible to do..
Dutchris....once geese nested outside a store that taught knitting. We couldn't go to class cause they wouldn't let us in the door..it was pretty funny watching us run from them
-
OMG Geese are so mean--they actually use them as guard geese--they'll chase u like mad and bite or whatever they do, A few yrs. back a co-worker did not believe me and one summer he went someplace with geese and he was attacked--I told him so--And he was in the FBI and I said how could u not know that, tht like FBI 101
-
ok..what are "guard geese". You have to be kidding. I have never heard of a training school for geese.lol
-
Geese are NASTY mean critters. They will chase you!
Chevy, that's not Orlando DDs house is it? Those boy gators look all over for a girl! I've never (thank dog) seen one in my neighborhood.
-
Ah, Happy Mothers Day
-
Sheesh, 4 pages behind...have I been gone that long??#5 TAC was Thursday, my iron is low and will probably need an iron infusion. I have to do a poop card first so insurance will cover it. I had to have a new drain put in my seroma friday and I saw a new PS that says if I do recon he will likely do a DIEP flap. I as surprised since first PS said that wasn't even an option for me.
I'm exhausted. Love ya ladies!
-
Tang I hope u get a good nite's rest---all u'r decisions, just don't think about anything til Monday.
Yes Susan they do train geese for watch geese like dogs for junkyards and certain places and they make so much noise before attacking supposedly they scare the bad guys away.
OK everyone have a restful nite and a wonderful day tomorrow.
-
Happy Mother's Day to you all!

Hi all!

FBB, glad you're feeling better. love the comment about Mosquitos being the state bird.
Ziggy, I don't care what anyone else says, you are sweet. If we had to pick teams, I'd choose you.
Chevy, how sweet Rosie is to remember you!
JWoozy and everyone, thanks for all the animal pictures!
Happy Mother's Day all!
HUGS!!

Morning, and HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY GALS! Even if you don't have kids, you probably have pets, and you are their Mom's!!!
Dutchess, are you REALLY young? Ha, ha! Like no matter HOW old you are, it doesn't matter! I love you even if you are... NOT young... !
That recipe sounds like the Weight Watchers recipe kind of...! That was Key Lime Pie, recipe..
http://www.food.com/recipe/weight-watchers-key-lime-pie-158671
I just LOVED it also!
Blondie.... I'm really sorry! Does a Nebulizer help you? Or Advair? Can they do anything for you, if it is the chemo? OR even the tumors? When I have an asthma attack, it is the WORST! I don't know how you do it.... the not knowing.... Can you get more help, like soon? Oh, wait, I read your DX... That just sucks! We will just help you in other ways... like be naughty!
I don't mean ME exactly, but you just have to watch out for Lilshit and Cammi! THOSE 2 are TRUbble!
Susan! I LOVE flower shopping! But you had a hitch-hiker tick? Those little Ba$terds! I couldn't have FELT it, with MY hair... They couldn't have found my head part anyway! I think by you taking chemo, they would NOT have been happy!
Oh God, she said a dead mouse! We don't want them to be dead.. Nothing to be dead... But being outdoors is better than stone cold dead in the kitchen! You have to call the Police to remove it!
Cammi! Just get our Joey to put the stuff together! He will love that!
I'm sorry you have the blitzkrieg again! At least you can sort of figure it out!
And Dutchess, I loved that picture! You won't believe this.....BUT, my DD runs the Floral Dept at her grocery store. So this Mother Goose builds her nest, on the raised planter box, outside the North side of the store, where the Floral dept has all her outside plants! We've been watching her and the eggs... even have pictures! Yesterday, one hatched, THEN the rest... 5 little baby geese! But they were told, do NOT touch them, "they are protected!" They will "move" them, or guide them OUT of there whenever they can! Now Papa Goose DOES take his TURN at watching those eggs/hatchlings... And they "built" some sort of shelter for OVER them, out of Pallets! "SHE" had a FIT when they were putting it over them! But settled in, and they were calmed down last night. Damndest thing I ever heard of! I am worried about HOW they will re-locate that family when it is time, and how will they EAT? Or walk? They are at the end of this shoppette, and cars everywhere, not to mention people!
Cammi, yes, I DID tell her, she is their Guard Goose... but they are ALL guarding her! It's the SPCA or someone that will come out and move them!
These are also Canadian Geese... And really ARE protected!
Tame Geese are such little $hits! My little Brother and I were always chased when we tried to make a run out to these folks "out-house!" Damn Geese thought they OWNED it! But those pet Geese were NOT worth their hay.... or what DO they eat?
Also, other Daughter was driving by a Lake, and an injured goose was in the street! She stopped, and put him/her in the car, and took it to the VET! Kept him there overnight, for "observation" but by morning, it was up, and walking, so she picked him up, drove him back to the park, and let him go! I was just thankful she didn't try and make him a PET!
Can you imagine the story that Goose told his friends?
Susan! Ha, ha! They DO have special little schools, with classes for timid Geeselets... They have actual graduates take them by the paw... I mean wing, and show them how to attack anything that moves, but it's only after hours! So after they have coffee, and stay awake, and have donuts, then they are "on call" so to speak... And they get paid big money for that! I mean carrots..!
No, Spookie, but it really looks like it... It was on the Internet! I sent that "picture" to my Daughter's!
Good to see you Tang.... Sorry about what you are going through! Just know that we are right beside you.... (((hugs)))
JWOW! I LOVE Panda's! And but what is your Avatar? I can't figure it out!
And Teka.... you too! I sent YOUR picture to my kids!
222222222nd! Sorry about your migraine! Yes, "Wese all" are here, waiting to hear from you! Hope today is better for you!
