.
-
Susan- such a cutie pie. I am sorry you have pain and understand your need to not share that with Claire.
Elena is so beautiful.
-
Oh for pete's sake, I just spent an hour typing a lengthy post, only to find that when I clicked "submit" the site had logged me out. so my whole post is gone.
I am too tired now, so I'll just say goodnight to you all and hope you'll have a great "Hump Day!" tomorrow.

Beautiful, and how lovely to have a family rocking chair.

JunieB ~ I hate losing posts
When I remember, I type my stuff either in Word or as an email first. Then I cut and paste it here.
I've developed trigger thumb over the past few weeks....ack. (stupid Femara) I need to be brave like JunieB and go get an injection. So frustrating.....I can finally sit long enough to work on the computer and visit here too and now I can't hardly type
Big (((HUGS))) to all ~ Sweet dreams too
-
sheps, baby steps can be frustrating, but they do move you forward,,,,on a much slower pace than we would like...hang in there sister. Glad you can sit a bit longer now
Jazz bug, love the dog hump day pic. Haha...that will be me tomorrow on chemo day. Was glad to hear we are suppose to have rain over the next 4 days. Don't mind laying around on rainy days. My mood will be better. You know...it's all about me...lol
Sorry you lost your posts jazz. Hope you had sweet dreams......no bad dreams about technology !!

Still emotionally wiped out. Got some much needed sleep last night, but not enough to say I am totally rested. Going to take a nap later today
-
Mommy, I'm sorry you are going through such a hard time. Sending you hugs!!
Junie, Love the Wednesday pics!
Shep, I've had a shot for trigger thumb...it's over quickly, so just do it! (A little tough love for you.)
Susan, Best wishes for chemo today. We have had a lot of rain lately, so gladly sending your way! I understand you not wanting to show your pain to your daughter. I am not always able to hide mine from my kids, since they live with me, but I try to tone it down. Otherwise they give me such worried looks.
I hope you had fun with Elena!
Sensi, Glad round 3 wasn't too bad for you.
Enerva, School and work..that's a lot to handle!
Hello to everyone else..Loverly, Lookie, Sas, Jazzy..I know I'm forgetting people, sorry.
It's a cool day here in MN, 50's this AM and supposed to only get into the low 60's. I'm going to make some chili and leave simmering in the crock pot today. Will be nice to come home to this evening!
-
Thanks Wild.
-
Arrgggggh! Hump-Free! I just "got it" - Good one JunieB!
Susan - But I'm sick of baby steppin'! (sulking) Rainy days are awesome on days you just need to hunker down with a fuzzy blankie and rest. Sunny days make me feel like I am being lazy by wasting 'em. May your treatment be easy on you. I'm sure you'll be rocked to sleep by memories of baby Claire and baby Elena in that lovely chair; while snuggying Shelby
JWoo - oooooh those owls! Majestic yet fierce.
WildT - You've got me pegged - I draaaag out doing doctor thingies if I can! Tough love needed and appreciated
M0mmy - Hope better days are ahead. (((hugs)))
"Hello" to all !
-
Things were a bit better today. Was able to get a good start on my second paper for my Advanced Composition class. Took a catnap like I had planned too.
-
Is it Wacky Wednesday?
Escargot anybody?
-
that's gross...yuck
Hers is a picture of Elena wearing a sweater I knitted for her....before Claire was ever pregnant. If I knew it was a girl, it would have had some pink in it. She doesn't look like she loves it, but Claire said she does, and easy to wipe off spit up from...lol
-
Precious!!
-
Susan - I was admiring the talented works on the "Let's Make an Art Gallery" thread....so nice to look at before going to sleep. There were several pictures you had posted of the cutest sweaters you had knitted for your soon to be grandbaby. There was a little jacket you posted that you were waiting to add buttons to until you knewif the baby was going to be a boy or girl. It made me smile to remember what an exciting time that was 💟
Loverly ~ Ewwwww! That poor lady needs some bug spray 😱
-
Susan beautiful sweater and gorgeous baby. I was looking at crocheted baby blankets on flipboard tonight, some of them are outstanding. Here is one.
-
and another.
-
The lady with the snails needs a serious bath!!!!! Ewwwww!!!!
Finally feeling like I am fully rested.
-
those blankets are so cute.
I just started another for Elena, a dress....but of course have 4 projects to finish . I finish a lot....but the ones I have started for 4 years old, haven't completely finished. Got time there .
Bed, tv and maybe some knitting today.
Hope everyone has a greatvday

Susan I have a couple of unfinished quilts that I need to work on, I am not happy about the colours I picked out. They are not my style, but I think my daughter will like them. I am a green and blue person and one of the quilts is fiesta colours.
Shep love the kitty.
-
Had a low key day today on hubby's recommendation!
-
Lookie - Those blankets are neat! I love how the borders look like classic tatted (?) lace. The owls and teddies are so cute and look like they would be fun for little fingers to play with
Susan - Knitting in bed! Always so busy! Hope you are feeling okay
M0mmy - Hubby is so "strict"! Lucky girl
WildT - Mission accomplished! I have an appointment to get the thumb shot on the 6th. Now if only I could get a couple shots for FFH. Hateses him
Need to look at more baby kitty pics.....while sitting in the liquor aisle of the store!
-
Shep, I don't know what I would do without him!
