I guess it will be left up to the public and as per the usual it will be whomever gets the most votes.  However, they are all such great singers!  I really would be happy with any of them winning because I think they all are going to have amazing careers.  The difficult part is there are so many pop and rock singers it is a hard field to break into.  Country artists seem to do better I think

Love Scotty (and really all of them at this point).  I think he did really well in the first round but, that last song just screamed of playing it safe!  Something I think no one can afford to do at this point in the game!

K.... Gonna agree with Seyla at this point....

 Lauren really kinda let loose on that song this week which is what we have all been hoping she would do!  Was it a killer performance? Hmmmm maybe not.... Did it show growth and a different, less reserved side to Lauren?  Yes!!  Job well done!

tonight watching Scotty in his first song, I have to say, he is someone born incarnate.  The composure he has at his age is amazing.  He will be a star no matter the out come of Idol, IMHO.  I like them all for different reasons.  I love the top 4.  I read this thread all the time and nod and agree with most of you- thought I'de finally post too

I guess I would like to see James and Lauren in the finale... BUT I cannot state that I did not like, enjoy and that Scotty and Haley do not WoW me... final words... may the best three advance (than again may be not)!  To be continued....

Sheila, me too!   It's a tough week. 

Laurie, agree with you on Scotty's composure. 

I think they each had a strong song, but felt James did the best in total.  Haleys first song was weak, Lauren's second song was a bit pitchy and breathless, and Scotty's second song was safe.  James, my son, is still my first choice!

well after this show I am stumped...they all had their great moments.

found it so funny watching scotty with Lady Gaga....Glad he was so honest about it.

James- always good..new and different

Lauren  - seem to like her more each weed

Scotty - Cute adorable, great singer

Hailey- 2nd song brought the hair up on my arm- michael jackson song was not a good choice

Oh Wow it gets so difficult at this point!

James.... Loved him from the get go.... Tonight did not change that! Second performance better than the first!

Haley... Again a fan from the get go..... First performance was all right... Second, Holy Crap GOOD!!!! DH, who normally doesn't watch caught that performance and gave it a WOW!

Scotty, performance 1... great!  Performance 2.. Safe!

Lauren, I think did OK in the first round but was, SO SO good on the second round!

Anybody's game tomorrow!!! Should be interesting!

When Lauren came out the first time I was like: wow!  Finally!  Then the second song I turned to my BF and said: who IS she?  Then J Lo said the same thing LOL.  She really wants it and as Randy says is in it to win it.

Haley -- who was amazing with that second song -- is probably at risk even though I personally adore her (especially when she sings songs the way she sang that second song).

I understand Scotty is popular with everyone and I admire his gifts -- I just don't get excited most of the time with him.

James did good.

I think any one of them could be the Idol this year -- each is terrific.  One of the best top four I've seen -- and certainly the most evenly matched top four.  Tomorrow night's show is going to be a nail biter!
