Gosh, so many pages, so this is the place to PARTAY, right?
I have a truckload of things to throw in the bonfire that is for sure...but I'll take my time so I make sure that each thing BURNS...
Congrats Ducky on baby Mila...she is beautiful!
Ohmygosh...I LOVE flip-flops too!!! Of course the ones with bling are my favorite, but the plain ones are fine for bumming around the house...
Thanks for letting me crash the party!

Tori
-
Tori...................I can handle her.....................
-
Tori, welcome!
Sorry I missed the birthday party, so belated happy wishes!
Congrats on that beautiful grandbaby! Thanks for the picture, and I used to agree 100% with FK on the pink thing, but have mellowed in my older age and as long as it is not in October, it is kind of a nice color!
Are we wearing capes? How about my favorite:
Edited: Well, the picture doesn't come up. It is Zorro's cape and mask. I do have a tendency to "tilt at windmills" but that is a different super-hero. I just read a little history on the creation of Zorro and how he was sort of the first superhero and all the other comic book superheroes are based on him. Lookin' for some flipflops to match the cape and hat.
JoJo, I thought you QUIT SMOKING a couple years ago?????????????? Is this a relapse or is this a "may as well cuz I like it"? In any case, am looking forward to joining you all by the fire again.
My mom had a pacemaker put in a week ago, has had lots of pain issues with it that none of us were expecting, so she hasn't bounced back like we were led to believe she would do. In any case, she is doing better, I am doing better, and just heard from my MO that I might be eligible for a clinical trial at Johns Hopkins for a new drug and/or vaccination trial. I got a little hope back when I realized that it is a 2-day easy drive, a one day hard drive to get there, and maybe I can actually find something that will slow this cancer crap down again.
Nothing much to throw on today, so I will help FK toss whatever or whoever she needs to toss on today, and enjoy watching those flames leap!
-
how about we just toss in this damn freekin cancer
Just got a message from Mary,Mary's daughter
She is not doing well
Have I told u lately how much I hate this damn disease?????
Please join me by the fire and first pray then burn every damn kind of cancer
-
FK, you are right! Burn EVERY DAMN KIND OF CANCER!!!!!!
Sending prayers and lovingkindness for Mary and her daughter, and you.
-
linda......where do you live? I would be happy to help with driving. We could visit those wild Phillie gals...
I just need a month notice to plan accordingly. i really mean it
and yes capes and blinged flippers are our new required dress.........if it stands up to a vote
-
Linda - I did quit smoking for a while.. Guess I don't have enough will power when I live with a smoker who doesn't want to quit. A lot of the times, I use my e-cig which works for me. Just can't give up the real cigs.
Ducky - You are the what? Prettiest, sexiest, blah, blah blah. Seriously? If that is true, then I am the queen of this bonfire and don't forget it. haha! See what FK does? Gets everyone fired up.
Tori - Sure you want to be a part of this madness. Just kidding. We do have lots of fun here and like I said before, so glad you are back with us.
-
Ok Jo........I rest my case...............Since you "ARE" the Queen of the Bonfire..........I guess that means my statement is true.............sexiest, funniest, prettiest, etc, etc, etc,
-
so what ur sayin JOJO is that this is ur thread and we gotta get clearance if we want to do anything right????? Ur sure about that right?
Ok listen up now...oh never mind
I forgot it's ur thread JOJO
-
Karol - You don't have to get clearance to speak your mind. Just be nice about it - if that is possible for you. LOL!
Ducky - Since you are the "old broad" here, I will let you have your fantasy. Just don't forget - I AM THE QUEEN!!!
You gals crack me up!!!!
Night everyone. Time for me to go to bed.
