I got the same email as well this evening.
-
I deleted my review over there .. I didn't want it up at that place. Who knows what they are doing with our email information and IP address. I don't trust that site.
Bren
-
That place really is a sham. 1Athena1 thanks for the info, I hadn't investigated so much till your post. I have also pulled my review.
Happy Birthday Lilly.
Fell better Athena.
Cindy hope you ahve a good appointment.
-
Got to go and have breakfast - our daughter thinks we have both been taken over by aliens

Will check in before we leave for the airport - we'll be in the air in 12 hours!!!
-
Sue .. I'm so excited for you. You're going to have so much fun!
hugs,
Bren
-
I LOVE the reviews being posted about the site itself. Justice.
-
Sue so excited for you! Have a ball!
-
Thanks girls - I keep having anxiety attacks though. I need to get a grip and try and get excited. I'm going to miss Poppy so much - it's insane how much we love our pets.
-
It's just normal fear of the unknown, Susie, nothing deeper. Why don't you look at tour guide books and pictures - that will get you excited, no?
-
Good idea A!! DD and DH just went out - peace. He's off for a haircut and to buy new spikes for his golf shoes - he got the wrong ones the other day. I can relax, have my shower and pack the toiletries.
-
Happy Birthday, Libby!
Hoping that Jancie's echo goes well.
Best to everyone!
-
Hillck - lol! There is always a case to be made for being a cheap date.
Glad to hear that everything looks good. -
Sue, best wishes for a grand tour!
Happy Birthday Libby, and many, many more.
We have so many cucumbers, I'm pickled.
-
Sue - you are going to have a GREAT time! Drink a glass of wine, soak in the tub with a good book!
My echo scan was long and of course I was anxious even though it was just an ultrasound of my heart - it wasn't the procedure as much as the results that I am anxious about. The tech refused to tell me anything other than finally at the end I asked her if there would be a problem if I did extreme physical exercise prior to receiving the results - she smiled and said I would be ok. So I figure if something was really wrong then they would have admitted me into the hospital or in the very least had a doctor come talk to me right away.
I am exhausted from all of this and my dh was too tired from work to take me out to dinner. No....I didn't cook - I went out and ate dinner by myself. Figured I deserved it after the 3 appointments I had today.
-
Cindy - sounds like your scan went good also

-
Cindy and Jancie -- sounds like your scans will be officially fine -- hope so! -- sorry you had to go through it, though.
Sue, have a wonderful trip!!!
-
Ok, I'm officially relaxed after a nice lunch and a bottle of wine
Only 3 hours until we leave for the airport. I think I might sleep all the way to Dubai
Thanks everyone for your best wishes- I promise I'll have fun!!!
Sue
-
Sounds like your scans were good Jancie and Cindy - terrific news!!!
Sue
-
1 1/2 hours until we leave home. All packed, just had a refreshing shower and got dressed in my travel clothes - feels SO good.
I'll miss you all, but will try and checkin from time to time.
You are all very special!!!
Sue
-
Happy Hols to Sue!!! I'ts 5:30 am here, sun beginning to turn the sky a little pink in the east, hope you have great flying weather. Take pictures along the way, so we can be "travelling" with you. SO exciting to think of all the places you'll be.
PARIS. ahhhhhh.....happy, happy, happy travels.
Hope to meet you next year, where ever the group is meeting, eating brownies, and chocolate, and toasting our continued good heath!
-
Waving at Susie - hope you airliner is treating you well - do check in and try not to make us TOO jealous.
'Morning, all - my first decent night's sleep in weeks. I feel as though my body and soul are finally one and the same again. No sign of nausea. My doctor is ready to accept the half lioness/half human thesis, I think. I say it was a bout of heat stroke helped by a certain medication combination. He is still shaking his head!
Jancie, and Hillck, it sounds as though you got through the day unscathed too. HL, I hope you had a wonderful birthday dinner.
I know NOLA is approaching - I am already starting to turn green with jealousy. Lots of pictures and anecdotes please! Lucky for you all that I'm not going because this incurable privacy freak wouldn't allow any picture with her to be published, so enjoy!
-
Sue, bon voyage! Man, 16 hours from Brisbane to Dubai! I HATE flying for more than 2-3 hours max. I guess I am doomed to stay stateside. Well, I can make it to Canada, though, and I am sooooo looking forward to the weekend. Ann gets in 15 minutes ahead of me then Bren gets in 45 minutes later then off we go!
I have to say, the meatballs my buddy made with the fabulous Italian sauce (with sweet and also hot Italian sausage) is to die for. I am eating Italian all day every day until it is gone. He thinks I should freeze some of it but I like it too much so I just keep eating it 3x/day. Yum.
Jancie, hoping for good results from your scan. Ugh, 3 in one day.
-
I'm in my own skin again! Yippeeeeeeeeeee!
-
ummmm - whose skin were you in before?
-
.blue glad to see you aback in your own skin.
Susie enjoy the trip.
Barbara the Italion meatballs sound so good, they also looked good.
DS and my grandson are coming over for dinner tonight. Have to come up with something a 4 year old will eat.
Hope all have a great day!
-
Mac and cheese and hotdogs will do it, Kira.
-
Mac and cheese it is, but I think I'll make it with chicken cordon blue. I loath hot dogs. My mom made me eat them one time when I was sick. Well I'm sure you can guess what happened.I have hated them since.
-
Cindy .. congrats to your niece getting her PhD.
Sue .. hope you're comfortable on that long flight. The longest I've been on an airplane is five hours and that's really too dang long for comfort. Flying east coast to west coast wears me out.
Kira ... How about McDonalds .. those kids love happy meals and you wouldn't have to cook!
Blue .. I'm so glad to see you're back. But you're always Blue to me!
Athena .. yay for a good nights sleep! I didn't sleep worth a damn last night. Finally just got up. I did have a little nap this a.m. and that helped. Hope you're on the mend.
Well .. I'm getting excited about the NOTL trip. I haven't been anywhere, except to see family, in eight years. I'm so happy I don't have to take care of the dogs for three days. I love them, but they get on my nerves sometimes!
Bren

Bren, actually McDonalds does sound good. My DH is still out of town, so easy sounds great to me.
-
Mcdonalds hotdogs vomit...oh rats I must put on my tinfoil hat lest I actually think there is a code here.
