Wednesday Weigh In

I'm up .5 ... guess grateful it is .5 vs 5...but ugh.
-
Vargadoll, When they have a reliable antibody test, it would be interesting to see if you have antibodies.
Down 1.5 almost back to my high range.
-
Wrenn- When the test is available I am sure one of my doctors will approve it. I want to know! I haven’t been on the scales yet...baby steps
-
No change from last week - considering all that I have been eating, this is a miracle and I'll take it
-
Again no change - I'm flattening the curve
-
I like that Pat...I am also flattening the curve...same as last week. Got a shock this morning when it showed me down 3.5...then found the scale wasn't balanced correctly on the tiles...and I was the same! At least I now know the scale knows a different number.
-
Down .5 but still not back to where it should be.
-
down one, but way higher than I should be
-
Bought three exercise videos on Amazon Prime but have to garner the energy to get up! Hopefully Ill be back in with some numbers. Currently working from home and taking classes online.
Im inspired by you all
-
I downloaded the MyFitnessPal app a few days ago. So far I'm doing great with that and water reality check for how much I was actually eating. I can also link my Fitbit to it so I get credit for my steps and exercise. Hoping this will keep me on the right track.
-
Down .5 Trying to be grateful for small things...because it appears that is all I am getting
-
Stayed the same. Amended to say that I gained, but managed to get back down to last week's weight.
-
This is my new method to stay out of the peanut M&M’
-
I think it would have to give me a shock to work.
-
Up .5 to 155.5 So much for flattening the curve - congrats to all those who lost, no matter how small - it is still a victory!
-
I am up a lot - pressing the reset button starting today - have not been on scale - but have been wearing only track pants for the last 2 weeks due to real clothes being uncomfortably tight!
-
Down .5 ...after being up 2 earlier in the week...
-
Up .5 to 1 depending on which Wed you pick.
-
Well, no change since my post two weeks ago. Not really true, I went up and down, but clearly not making progress. And DH bought cherry garcia!
-
Down a pound from last week, which was more by luck than anything else.
-
Same as last week. Certainly not making any progress. I need to start taking walks alone. DH can't walk fast or far and it's not exercise for me if we go together. We walked 3 blocks one day and he said it was the farthest he'd walked in a long time.
-
Yikes Wren...just thinking I might end my day with a walk with DH, it's a sunny 68 in southern VA...he better be willing to walk more than three blocks! That said, despite several walks and 4-5 zoon exercise classes I gain 2 this week...totally washed away the slow .5 slide I had been on for several weeks.
-
zero change in the last month - but I am starting weightlifting and daily cycling and also going to start a low carb diet this week. So watch this space. Weigh in was 164lbs today, oh dear
-
I've finally lost 2 of my corona kilos! I hope it's not lean muscle mass. Just in case it is, I will be joining you weightlifting, Scotbird!!
-
Hi, everyone. Two weeks ago I tried on my jeans and a pair of shorts I could wear last summer. Surprise, at five pounds heavier they were very uncomfortable. This actually is not all corona weight as I had gained over the last year. So I got back on the wagon. As is typical I lost 2.5 lbs the first week, and then hadn't lost since last Thursday, but today I'm down another lb. Let's see if I can continue.
I'm trying a little different approach. I'm exercising a lot more since the weather got nice, which typically results in me eating more from hunger and the scale going up and feeling defeated. However this time I continued to exercise a lot and tracked my macros and calories. I have one of those scales that measure muscle percent and body fat percent. I decided to calculate out my muscle lbs and fat lbs occasionally. So even when I'm not losing "weight", I can see I'm losing some fat lbs and gaining a small amount of muscle.
-
Wow, TH! You can use a spreadsheet for this system. Great idea!
-
I'm very impressed with both of you. The weather here has been miserable for exercise. It's in the 50's and low 60's with rain and wind. Hoping for a break Sunday afternoon.
-
Weighed in today at 162 lbs. Down 2 lbs since last weigh in, yay. I have been trying hard
-
159 today, down 3 this week. I’ve been sticking to my weightlifting and cycling and limiting carbs. Hope I can keep it going. Today I am having a day off, and have made a chocolate cake and a MarsBar slice as it is Father’s Day here in UK. So will definitely be up tomorrow!
-
Was down 1 this week, but I have just been bouncing around
