I realize most of us are on FB and are on eachothers.. BUT so are all our other family memebers and friends. I have created a totally safe FB that is only FRIENDS.. US only... so pictures and talk.... etc can be share freely..

I haven't read any of the post yet but just wanted to let everyone know I made it home safe after an awesome adventure.  I got to paddle up the CO river then went climbing around the mountains ( some times we just went on foot other times we free climbed, ascended and  repelled on ropes) than paddled some more up to a hot spring ( my 1st time every seeing one of those).  Than we paddled back down the river in the dark and the stars light up the night sky.  The mountain biking was awesome the next day.  Seeing all the cactus's were pretty cool plus got to try riding a 29r mountain bike which just rolls over the big boulders.

OMG I am having a laugh fest here...

1.  Olive Oyl and Brutus -- that we ALL noticed that couple and spent as much time as we did thinking about them LOL!  (CS and I thought she was a hooker or a professional dance teacher)

2.  Laura that means my new FB account will be Lilah Lilah LOLOL

3.  Val and the secret uses of Olive Oil.  LOL!  Nuff said (sorry Val)

4.  Sandy -- when I first read your account of your adventures since LV it crossed my mind that this is what you had to do to get HOME after the huge plane delays leaving LV   LOL

Oh and maybe this is a dumb question but I'm sort of a noob when it comes to FB -- how do I make a different account from the same email address?  Or do I have to use an alternate email address?

I had to go to Internet Explorer (not my AOL browser because Facebook knew it was ME on my AOL Browser even when I tried to use another email address)... and I had to use another email address (I had one -- I have email turned off there though but it is useful for things like this

Oh and it would NOT let me do Lilah Lilah (I am so disappointed)!

Laura -- Facebook would not let me sign up for another account. I got a message "There is an existing account associated with this email."    Any suggestions?

I use my hotmail email for my regular fb...but for my tata fb I am using my regular email addy.  Make sure and click friends only when going through your security settings!!!

Yes, you will have to use another name and e-mail account...

I used the name Laura Estepp... and another email I have. It will let everyone do this.

And if you access FB through AOL, you have to go to Internet Explorer or Foxfire to access Facebook again directly.  When I tried to create a new account from inside of AOL no matter WHAT email address I entered it said I already had an account... which means it was seeing me as logged into my AOL account even though I wasn't using it.  When I opened Internet Explorer and went to Facebook from there I was able to create a new account using an alternate email address.

Thanks for clarifying the Brutus and Olive Oil for me cnemeth.   How hilarious to compare those two - I think we were all just jealous at how well she could dance.  Him on the other hand well out of place - maybe Brad Pitt or Kevin Bacon as in Footloose - I could go for that. I am all set up and even added my pictures on our Facebook site.  I had to spell out my 54 for my last name since it would not take numbers for a last name..imagine that..LOL...I used my business gmail address for the new FB account. No problems

It has been a rough week....sleeping and working...lots of work.  Maybe I can regroup this weekend.

Thanks to everyone who had a hand in planning the activities for this large group. I know it was a huge job.  Also thanks to the ones who handed out all the goodies.  I am enjoying all the gifts and they always bring me back to Vegas and all of you.  I enjoyed meeting and spending time with all of you...well not all..that seemed to be impossible and that is the one thing I regret.  Meet and greet needs to be done on a more organized level so that we can all at least speak a few words to everyone.  Love to you all...see you on Facebook

Hi girls,

I'm home!  I think I was the last Ta Ta to leave Vegas.  So happy to be in my bed last night.  We're busy showing DS the Jermaine Jackson video and videos of the Bellagio fountains and the volcano at Mirage.  

I am SOOOO happy, just beyond words, that I was able to go this year and be part of this incredible weekend.  I know everyone has already said it, but I want to add my heartfelt thanks to anyone who had a hand in organizing even a small piece of the weekend.  I would love to help out next year; maybe I can figure out the Friday Meet & Greet with some little games to get to know each other.  I was also wondering if maybe we could work a deal with an airline since there are so many of us flying.

Anyway, I did join the FB page and am off to look at the pics on Shutterfly.  I'll upload the pics Toby took at the Meet & Greet today, I hope.
