Remember...Walmart = exhaustion! You're supposed to be resting and healing...and I love the daisies...
-
Laughing at all the mothering going on here!! Seriously though Deb, come on....the whole point was for rest and recoup, not finding all the best deals in WalMart or walking to North Carolina from Florida!! You can be superwoman once you get back home if you want ... for now, make friends with the recliner..take small walks..visit in here, on chat (yes, chat is still there!) post on FB, read a good book, create new chapters for Cancer, The Sequel in the section of sex after surgery, but please please please my wonderful friend, force yourself to take it just a little easy for just a little while so that your anatomy gets a chance to heal from the inside out. The rest of us will try to make sure the wheels keep on turning
Healing Loving Hugs.
-
Gentle hugs Faith. Ladies, I think we are going to have to take turns going to Florida to make SURE Faith takes it easy. She obviously cannot be trusted to do it on her own.
-
True Sharon!!!
OK....I think I'm probably the closest so I'll take the first shift!!
Now Faithie.....you'd better be resting and taking it easy when I pull up.
Or else, I'll have to call in the reenforcement!
-
Since I don't fly I'll take one of the latter shifts. I'll have to haul out #32. Hope she's not frozen in. Can ya hold 'er (Faith) down till I git thar?
-
I'll hold 'er fer ye Sharon! I'll just give her a handful of daisies to photograph....should keep her busy for a little bit. LOL
'Course, she may be outside digging up dirt to PLANT daisies right now!!! LOL
-
Ya...let's all go visit Faith!!!! Pick me up on your way down Sharon!!!! Coonie...maybe you could give #32 a paint job before we get down there! lol
Faith...I love new socks!!!! Hope you have a blessed day sistah! (((((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))
-
Can someone pick me up. Faith we are all coming down.
We need a hotel room close to her home.
Faith I hope you are enjoying yourself, either with a new pair of socks or a book from Walmart.
I love those Mega Walmarts. We don't have one here.
You take care of yourself as best as you can my friend.

Oh happy day!!!
I have a 'new' project and I'm sooooooo thrilled.
My computer has always had the program 'movie-maker' and I've always wanted to learn how to make it work. I spent this afternoon on the phone with DH's brother -- who has put together several projects and he was able to lead me into the promised land.
I have just begun to scratch the surface.
It's the perfect idea to fit into my rehab.
I must be sitting down & I must be focused.
My heart is sitting here singing.
We went for a walk this morning. We made it over to our community building (not very far at all in reality, I'll have to measure it) we had breakfast at the restaurant and then it started POURING, so he went to get the car and I didn't have to walk back.
LOL
Have spent lovely chunks of the day on the phone.
I was able to wear a Danskin racer-back tank top, with a shelf bra today -- and insert my 'fluffies' in the shelf area. It looks more like clothing and I'm THRILLED.
So this day has been terrific.
slow, but sure................
now, back to my movie-making!!

I am so glad to see your big, beautiful smile today, Faith. It makes Florida that much sunnier!
I'll come down and help the girls keep you in line if I have to. I'll bring the Cheetos and we can have a calm, demure Cheeto eating, tea party.
-
Thanks for the first morning giggle Meece. Hopefully it does the same for you Faith. Gentle hugs.

Oh my goodness Faith! This is rotten news. The drug that's supposed to help has turned around to bite you in the booty. I hope it gets quickly out of your system. Gentle hugs.
-
Rotten indeed.
Second time to open eyes sice I took my first antiAidepressant this am
Seriously depressing
Not asleep
Just still can't open eyes
See you tomorrow
Pray for saint -
Get well Faith. Prayers are on their way to Saint and to you. Gentle hugs.
-
Prayers going up for Saint.
I hope you are feeling better soon, Faith. And I think the one thing that would make me brave a super Walmart would be the reward of new socks. There's just no substitute for new socks...they are a little bit of heaven!

hey faithhhhhhhhhhh sweety, it took me a month before my body got use to effexor, but it was worth it, hugs and hope it gets better sweety
-
Oh no!! What happened with the Effexor? When I first started taking it I had 2 weeks of nausea -- I felt like the microsecond before puking, but never puked. Made me feel a bit dizzy, that I was falling backwards. After the 2 weeks it stopped and was fine. Is the dose too strong? I hope it passes or if you try a different one it works well for me.
Enjoy the sun -- I am beyond jealous!! And relax. OK? Hugs,
Elizabeth
-
Faith,
I had the same reaction to Effexor! I took 2 pills for 2 days and have never felt so bad in my entire life! I have not taken any more.
I hope you are feeling better now. Please get some rest. You are still healing. I know that you are really superwoman, but you need to rest.
XOXOXOXO
Linda
