I've been up sending light & love.
Praying for your guidance in the decisions of this day.
Trusting you to the capable hands of a compassionate Creator.
Pat, you are loved. I love you. The world loves you.
Now I will go paint on a happy face & do my razzle-dazzle-dance -- making merry & spreading joy, because that's what the calendar calls for. That's my job today. To be the happy lady in the polka dot get up, leading songs.
Pat, you give me perspective. You give me grounding. You give me motivation. You give me strength.

Strength and courage.
Strength and courage.
Strength and courage.

Sending wishes for a good day to you, dear Saint.
Sometimes putting on a happy face for others helps bring out the inside smile, Faith, and I hope it works for you. You deserve that inside smile.
-
Saint, I pray that your doctors are inspired to find and follow the treatment course that is right for you at this moment in time.

I had a spontaneous spleen rupture 5 years ago. I had to lay still in the hospital for 5 days straight and the bleeding stopped and I was able to go home. Prayers for Saint that this will work for her and then she won't need surgery.
hugs

-
Juli, thank you for that ray of hope!

I know that we're supposed to accept and not question things if we have true faith, but damn ... this is just so unfair. A ruptured spleen? Why was that necessary? Pat, rest rest rest and we'll pray pray pray, morning noon and night. Faith, safe travels this week - make all those little children smile for all of us
Love and hugs. -
Thinking of you all day and sending LOTS of prayers for strength and courage----------and acceptance. I pray you and your family rest peacefully tonight, and the doctors are able to get you all straightened out tomorrow!!! (((((Buncha Hugs))))))

News: My brother-in-law texted our youngest sister last night to say that Pat was being operated while he was sending the message. We are all still waiting for a progress report, but I suppose that if they thought she was strong enough for the immediate surgery -then it can ONLY be a good sign!
Keep those thoughts and prayers coming!
Thanks,
Maura -
Blessing and prayers to you all. Maura, thank you so much for the update. ((((Saint))))
-
Thank goodness. I am so glad to hear they're operating and feel she's strong enough. Thank you so much for the info Maura.
Saint; love you girl. missed you in Florida especially when I took Dream and Sally to the airport part 2! I could feel you invisibly riding shotgun watching out to make sure Dream was taken care of.
Rest easy, calm healing thoughts being sent your way.

More News: The oncologist was able to successfully remove her spleen and both ovaries, which were drastically affected by the cancer. He found NO OTHER ORGANS affected! He also removed about 1/2 a liter of fluid from one lung - which should also help her. She is now in critical care -which Greg says will piss her off when she wakes up - but I think we can deal with that bit - LOL!
I have never known a fighter like my sister - and I come from the performance world!!!
You women do nice work!
Mo

may her doctors choose to do exactly the right thing
