Best I can say is just get back up, dust yourself off and keep on going. We are going to have those down days so just roll with it, don't beat yourself up. You are going through lots and deserve it every now and again. (that's my story....)

Thought I'd be smart for dinner and made DH and I a big plate of Chicken and salad. DH's comment was.....ooo a nice healthy dinner........my comment.......yes, just to make up for the fench vanilla cheese cake I made for dessert. We both laughed heartily and then tucked in.

happy Valentine's Day everyone. Although, for most of you, it is over and you are cozy and asleep. Good night.
-
Hope everyone had a nice Valentine's Day. Did you all get the heart cookies I left for you?

-
Meece - I'm endanger of trying to eat through my screen to get at those cookies!!!
-
I love sugar cookies like that. Nine days away from home, eating out every single meal, including breakfast which I usually forego, and I only gained less than two pounds!
-
-
Glad I didn't see those before but ate everything else sweet that came across my face!

Morning all - hope your Saturday is wonderful. Having lunch with some ladies from church - chinese, shouldn't be too hard to make good food choices. Joni, my DS loves Red Robin.

Thank you so much for the very detailed abbreviation, Patoo!

I just started my journey and, like many others in my situation, I've been checking out the boards to try to get an idea of what's going on with me and what challenges might lie ahead. Your definitions have been a big help in understanding what everyone is saying. Thanks for taking the time to put it all together :^)
