Yesh, stress and frustration are our 2 biggest enemies when trying but at least the virtual food on this thread is non-fattening.  Matter of fact, I'm going to take a virtual weight loss here of 3 lbs.

NOW go figure this out.... take the last 2 digits of the year you were born plus

 the age you will be this year and it WILL EQUAL TO 111

That's bizarre, but it works. I was trying to get DS to get married on 11-11-11.  They said it's too soon, so they are considering 12-12-12.

Actually, if I had used my totally bald pic as an avatar this summer, the word fiend would have applied!  I looked like Uncle Fester.

The kids and I called my wig "Cousin I" because I'd hang it on the back of a dining chair with my sunglasses on it.

I told my family to get their Uncle Fester jokes out of their system now before I go bald next month, funny now don't think I'll feel that way then... Cousin It Works for wig, I'll have to remember to add the sunglasses and remember the funny bone in all this. We saw the addams family this summer and my kids were sort or shocked that the audience just chimed in the the theme song and the finger snaps. With the multitude of channels they have they is not as much pop culture shared with as large a group as when we were little.

Laughter is also good for your health so, just like nutrition and exercise, you should get plenty.

Hey Twin, what makes you think I remember Grandpa on the Beverly Hillbillies, huh!!!!!  Okay, okay, so I did buy DS a DVD set so he could enjoy the old shows.

I haven't found the Aspercreme to be effective for me.  It might work but I'm used to feeling (and smelling) the actual heat.  Okay, so yeah, Ben-Gay is from Beverly Hillbillies era!  Over all though I would just like to put the heating pad on it because it just feels sooooooooo good.  My sister gave me one of those things you heat in the microwave (you can also put it in the freezer for an ice pack).  It works pretty well either way.

What is a tens unit?  JO, I remember you mentioned it a while back but I still don't know what it is.  And, why do they call it "tens"?

Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (acronym TENS) is the use of electric current produced by a device to stimulate the nerves for therapeutic purposes.

DS & FDIL bought me one of those heat wraps for the microwave a couple years ago.  It feels so good on my lower back before bedtime.  Last night my boob hurt so bad I put it there, and it helped.
