Sahalie I just planted a lone blueberry bush in my backyard. It has a ton of pods on it that I'm hoping will become blueberries before long. They are a fav of mine.
-
Sahalie Thanks for the info. I am buying a few more bushes tomorrow so I think I will pick up some blueberrys as well. Mom - Do you think you will get blueberrys this year? I thought it took a couple of years. My fav too!

-
I thank you all for your vicious ideas and for the realistic ones too! ehehehehehhe
Congrats on those that actually got something done today! I am so far behind I'm sorry but I'm going to have to play the cancer card (dhehheehe) Did I mention I have surgery tomorrow?
-
Work? work? Did someone mention working today
-
Barbe I've been meaning to ask you, what is an incision revision?
-

Barbe, good luck tomorrow hon, will be thinking of ya!!!!
And I would like to bank a few please...I have done 5 loads of laundry, dusted, ran the vacuum, mopped the bathroom and laundry room floors, loaded the dishwasher, and made my bed!
Hugs
Deb
-
Ok but if you don't hafta write your sentences then I don't have to write mine either!
-
The incision revision is to take away even more breast tissue left on the cancer side. After the swelling and seromas went down there is about a 6" wide strip that actually sags over the incision line. That's too much tissue so it has to go. The right side is nice and clean and flat, so I know it can be done. I'm very curious to see what the pathology shows...
Y'all did WAY too much today! You get tomorrow off. My treat
-
Thanks for the day off Barbe. I hope all goes well for you tomorrow! Let us know how it goes.
-
Wishing you well tomorrow Barbe!
-
HAHAHAHAHA! Momof2, that looks just like my Granddaughter Sydney pouting! ROTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Looks like we all get the day off of housework today. We'll all be at the hospital waiting for Barbe's surgery to be over.
Bon voyage to Shiny and Coonie who is already at her destination.
Barbe, we'll all head up to Barry and clean that house of yours and then nip over to the hospital. Gentle hugs.
-
Good morning. Boy, it's strange not to see posts from Barbe. I don't think she ever sleeps!! I hope all is going well for her! Good Luck Barbe!!
-
I know what you mean Linda
Oh well, I suppose we could clean to help pass the time........or at least think about it.
-
Yeah, I'll probably clean to pass the time. I'm hoping for a nice day today. I want to buy a couple more rose bushes and plant them.
-
-
Thanks Sharon. Its actually sunny here today!! Thank you!
-
Barbe -I do dito what Kathleen says, We are having Nasty -Nasty weather this AM, strong thunderstorms, tornados, water spouts, I am surprised I still have power, Ed headed out early this AM, so just me the dog and cat, I hate being home alone in these bad storms. We need the rain but not the severe weather like this.
I wanted to do some baking this AM (Alexcis is coming Wednesday for the day) but I know for sure as soon as I start the power will go out, so guess I'll wait on that.
-
Hopefully your turbulant weather subsides Cathi. Good excuse not to cook though
-
Barbe- thinking of you sweetie. Check in and let us know how it goes.
So glad we cleaned a bit for Easter, my sister is coming to stay for a day or so. I am so excited!
Cathi- be careful and stay inside! My son is in Georgia and they have had tornado warnings, heavy rains the whole thing!
Play nice young ladies or you will have to do some cleaning today!
-
I'm not going anywhere in this stuff, I hate driving as it is (granny grunt as my kids call me), can't even see across the street, and there are to many tourists to head out on the road - they don't know any better than to stay put -
-
Barbe. Hoping for completely uneventful surgery & fantastic outcome.... gentle hugs & prayers
Cathi. Thinking of you in the extreme weather. Be safe. Stay alert. (Just LOVED the pics of your grand-kiddos earlier. What gorgous fun you had together. Thanks for sharing. I just 'found' a thread on here, devoted to grandkids/pics etc..... ya need to put up those pics again!!)
EWB. Have a great time with your sister.
Sharon. I'll take some of that sunshine. Another entire day of rain in the forcast here.
TexasRose. So glad that you're on the road to wholeness, having crossed yet another hurdle in style.
DebOH. I just get a kick outta typing your name. I think we could make quite a twosome.
Mom2. Loving all the perfect images that you're adding to the mix. Always brings a smile.
LovinMomma. Will you please send those friends to my house, after they get you into tip-top shape??
Coonie & Shiny. No cleaning on the horizon for either of you..... congrats to getting away & kicking up your heels, making lots of fun memories along the trail. Can't wait to see pics.
I'm sure that there are more cleaners, but I just went back thru this page for the shout-outs.
Everybody make one little aspect of your world a little more tidy, today. (And we'll all clap and jump and down over the report.)
-
This has been a wild Spring for severe weather. We had another line of severe storms yesterday but it moved through pretty quick. Hope yours lightens up soon Cathi.
Barbe we are thinking of you today and praying for an easy surgery and recovery.
I'm going in for a check up in a couple of hours myself to see why the tiredness is coming back. Thinking I may need some vitamins or something. Maybe its all this cyber cleaning I've been thinking about doing lately
Hoping Shiny and Coonie are having wonderful vacations.
Cali pop in now and then, don't let that job keep you away too long.
