Joan, my dear friend, I am so happy for your wonderful test results!
I wrote this three, count'em, three times last night & the $&@! thing did not submit! So, I will do it from my iPhone today.
I had my 6-mo ck-up this past Wed & I'm happy to share everything came back normal. My Onc & I had a good discussion & I have decided to continue Aromasin for the near future, possibly up to 10 years. She said she would have recommended continuing if I was at high risk, & even though I am at low risk, & for the fact that I have not had any major problems, she & many doctors are continuing up to 10 years.
As for the CA 27.29, it has been consistently in the normal range, she will discontinue that test since it has been five years. She has ordered a check on my vitamin D so I will be having the 25-OH-hydroxyvitamin D2 & D3 for my next 6th mo check in Oct. In Sept 2012 it was 85.4.
Everybody here is never far from my thoughts. Bug hugs!

Sandy - I hope being at the beach makes you feel great! Take a walk for me
Hello TOL - well it was a long weekend with very limited connectivity at the cabin. It was a busy weekend - first I spend about 12 hours organizing, throwing out, and cleaning. Then some old friends came up and we had fun cooking and drinking a little wine and taking walks. Glad to be home now so I can get to work on final details for surprise 90th for my FIL>
Sheila - you are so in love and it only gets better!
Hope you are all doing well!!!

- Hi Ladies.......I need a big favor.........remember me telling you of the device for children who can't walk alone.....well yesterday was the day you could put in your order..........You may recall this was for Grayson........It seems they have only 500 in the new stock......Kira ordered it, but she said cana't be certain Grayson will be one of the 500....She asked if we
could we please pray that Grayson is one of the 500 who get the new ones available......if not she has to wait another 12 weeks.........I KNOW YOUR PRAYERS WORK......THANKS SO MUCH.......

((((((((((((((((((((((((((♥GRAYSON♥)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
-
OMG Sheila........that is beautiful......thank you so much......brought tears to my eye......again thank you......I will pass this on to her Mother............hugs, and kisses for you and Isabel.......
-
Ducky - I really hope she is selected to receive! It appears to strap onto the parents legs? Is that right?
-
Thanks Rain.......yes it does.....it straps around their legs, and to the waist of the parents........as they step out it lifts her legs...............we just have to adjust our steps to her tiny steps........will be difficult at first especially for "men" with their big stride, but they will adjust.........
The main thing is to get her upright in a standing position so she can see the world like we do..........I am so excited for her......she only knows the world from someone elses arms holding her, from laying on the floor while others walk around her......because she cannot sit up by herself unless she is strapped into a special brace and chair........or in a Gait Walker which she can only stay in for so long........the rest of her time is spent laying on the floor........did you ever watch someone eat chips or cookies while laying on their belly on the floor..........it is so sad.........and yet she knows no different......
With our huge family there will be plenty of people to walk her........her aunts and uncles, cousins, all of us have already offered to take her for walks.........we can't wait............
sorry this is so long but to answer your question, yes the garment goes around the waist of the person walking her, then around their legs, and feet.........what a genius idea...........
-
Sandy, I know you are at the shore, did you get your xray? Hope you are feeing the peace and calm at the beach. Thinking of you!
Ducky, am keeping Grayson and you and the entire family in my prayers. It will be wonderful when she can stand upright.
-
Thanks Joan....hope you doing good.......
Up 1/2 the night with aches in the LE arm....not sure what is wrong, but I never had pain......during the bad weather when the electricity went out I went to bed with a mountain of clothes, and covers......tried to turn over in the middle of the night to get comfotable (all the clothes and weight from the covers), and I leaned on my elbow to support myself moving and it was the LE arm..............felt a sharp pain when I did it........the next morning I could not raise my arm.....now it is constant pain...........WTH next right.........so tired of it all...........and there is very little you can do for it, other then complain.......the sleeve, exercises do shit.........good heavens it is only 7 am and I am already bitching.......hugs.
