Hi Ducky, Love the cartoons....
Sheila, love your "I'm waiting sign". It's can be a tough time for the mommy...as anticipation builds.
Meece, hi, happy to see you. Wow... so many waiting! Are you having a warm-up? How is the water situation?
Diane, sure you can brag about your weather...while it lasts! We do not really warm up on LI until June when nights are warm.
I packed my bag for FL and started to panic with the awful pile of things undone at my house and office. It's only 3.5 days and I guess the "stuff" will wait. I hope DD makes it to FL by Friday. Tonight I have to do nails and some mending...hemming. I wish I had brought it to the cleaner to do. I also need to visit a BC friend in my town who has been housebound. No time, but it is important.
Thinking of you, Deb. I hope your DD is doing well.
Did I mention that April 3rd is my appointment for my lumpy bump that I don't like? I will see the BS. I will be shocked if it is anything but still I need to check. -
Isabel has arrived exactly on her due date
Mother and baby are fine
Grandma on the other hand she is still happy shock
Don't have details
Spoke to my daughter a while ago
As soon as they make it official I will post the picture
7pounds 2 oz adorably cute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
Please don't post anything on Face Book yet Thanks
-
Sheila.............CONGRATS, GIRFRIEND...............YAHOO.........
-
Hey Joan.....how are you girlfriend...........good luck with your lumpy bump.....remember talking about it........I have one my BS said thinks is nothing and will remove if I want to be sure, but it has not changed, so will leave it alone, for now anyway.....hope yours is the same.
Enjoy Fl. and let all that crap go till you come back..........passed another Panera yesterday on my way to a Cardio appt.....not the Springfield one, but a Panera just the same, and thought of you wonderful ladies....such a fun time......hugs, enjoy your DD.......
-
Hey Joan - I just got back from my lumpy bump check. Scar tissue. However, they kept calling me back in for the other side. Apparently, my nipple folded over twice leaving them with a strange view. I didn't have the usual mammographer and I'm pretty sure that was the problem.
Sheila - YAY YAY YAY!! So happy for you. I'm sure you can't wait to see your little Isabel. Congratulations Sister!
Hello to all the rest of you - after nearly three hours at my mammo appt, and another hour stuck behind a huge accident on the bridge, I'm having a nap!! Ok, tv time.
-
Congrats Grandma!!!! So happy for all of you!
((((((TOL)))))
-
CONGRATS SHIELA....so excited for youDiane how was the nap?
Joan....florida for a couple of days is awesome...you know I am worried about that lump..
Ducky you are funny!!
-
Sandy - I am not a good napper, but if I turn on tv, I usually fall asleep. Today that was not meant to be, the phone kept ringing. My sister in Boston furious about the cold, my father-in-law to complain he had not received his flight itinerary, my husband to see if he should bring dinner home....there was no rest but I will sleep tonight
Sheila - can't wait to hear about your first meeting.
Joan - you are going then!! Use your sunscreen and enjoy the relaxation and warmth.
Chris - your daughter suddenly looks so grown up in the pic you posted today.
Ducky and Firecracker - maybe I'll show up one of these times!!
Meece - it is good to see you - hope you are doing ok.
Deb - are you all better??? I remember you had two trips to the hospital the last time.
And now I am worried about who I have forgotten - forgive me, I'm worn out today.....((((TOL))))
-
Rain.......................OMG that would be fantastic................I dare you to do it.........LOL
-
Uh I'm late to the party...Baby Isabel was born yesterday already!
(((((Sheila))))) This young lady will always be on time
SO happy for you and your family. Can't wait to see her...
Diane, now, that's stressful to have a 2nd look at the other side...my heart would drop.
Glad you are OK. And glad to hear bumps can be nothing much.Ducky, glad you don't have to worry about the bump. But we do anyway...
I know what you mean...I keep thinking about our short visit too...We should have an overnight next time. How was the cardio appointment? I am still waiting for results on my echoes. I think I'll have to call them. And my MO who forgot to take blood had me get an outside test. I have not heard from her either. I'll be there next Thurday so my BS can look at my blood work too.
DD still doesn't think she will make it to Florida...I am going without her for at least a day. Awkward? I'll suffer....Am up repacking. I have a little room...wanna jump in?Sandy, I hope you enjoyed your last few days of chemo break. Hugs and prayers that the new cocktail will be kind and that you will get some needed sleep.
Karol, you are being quiet...here's a (((K)))Am i the only one who doesn't like to get nails done? I squirm and wiggle...always glad when it's over. Found a nice place near work that is actually pretty and clean with tools sealed in packages (hope they are sterilized). Price way better than home. Out of control massage chair while doing feet. No complaints...
It's so wonderful that there is a new little person in our world today...thanks for sharing your joy, Sheila!
