It is blended with frozen strawberries, lemon juice, sugar and wine.  It is really refreshing.

Dessert soup :)  I would have a "heat or sun allergy" to avoid that - too, too hot!

I have ugly hip/leg syndrome and would like to use that as an excuse not to wear shorts, but if I announced that I'd only draw more attention to my turkey legs.

Lost 4 lbs this week due to stress.  It'll be back on by next Friday.  My meds make it difficult to lose weight.

Meece - I make a delicious melon soup - left side of bowl is honeydew, right side is cantaloupe with a dollop of creme fraiche and a sprinkle of chipped mint.  Yummy.  Wear whatever you want :)

Glad you got a new modem Sheila!  As you can imagine, I am dying to get my hands on the little ones.

Linda - how is party weather looking?

Deb - you still working the garden?

Sandy, I sure hope you are feeling well.

    Joan?  Calling Joan....

Ducky, come out come out wherever you are.

Granny - I hope you get to go see everyone - I am jealous!

Valjean - thinking of you too!

Chris - I have made a point to be extra nice to those who work at the pharmacy.  They are usually quite nice but don't speak a word of English.  I went to pick up a refill last night and after I made the request I poked around the store.  I heard a name being paged but it didn't sound like mine.  It was taking a long time but I was playing in the makeup section.  Again, I heard a page but it wasn't my name.  Finally I went to check on how much longer and they indicated they had paged me.  I asked how they said my name and now I know why I didn't think it was me they were paging.

Yesterday, I stopped at Marshall's.  I love the buys I can find there but after a long line to check out, I got to the door and beeped the security.  I went back in of my own accord thinking I don't want to plan to wear something and find out I can't.  Well we can't just take one bag at a time through the security, no we have to take one item at a time, including one sandal at a time.  Twenty minutes later, no idea why it's beeping, they send me on my way.  It sets off the alarm again but this time a security guard came and asked to check my purse (which was a mess).  My purse also contained some lubricant I had purchased earlier.  I really didn't want anyone looking through my purse so I asked the guard to please take one bag at a time to see if that was setting it off and that I would carry my purse through to show it wasn't coming from there.  Thirty minutes later, I left and he had found a new "soft silent" tag in a pair of shorts for my daughter.  I guess the extra time spent is the value added price paid for discount purchasing.

Granny I'm in line for some of the extra weight.  At 5'10" and 115 lbs I really need at least 25 lbs.  Doctor would like me to gain 40 -45 lbs. I fought weight gain all my life witil I had acute pancreatitis in '99 when I lost 70+ lbs, down to 108. Regained about 45 lbs., still too thin but healthy.  Now one of my SEs from Tamoxifen has been weight loss.  My PCP has put me on medication to stimulate my appetite and while I haven't gained the loss has stopped.

I was always skinny.one of my nicknames was bones...it was good when I was young and doin my competition dancin.eberyone wanted me as a partner so they could throw me around like a rag doll

But now I have aged and it shows on my face.im not happy at all.

If anyone ate like I do now they would be 300lbs.

I don't want to be skinny anymore.

Only another skinny person could understand.

So all donations will be appreciated.

I keep telling people who are only 10 lbs or so on the up side if ideal weight that I would gladly change places.  Even when I was 50+ lbs overweight I felt better and looked better than I do now. Princess K I so understand.

My BMI is 28.2 higher side of overweight

149 pounds is my limit to be normal weight

I never liked to be skinny so I'm fine with overweight but not obese.......
