Keep drinking and eating, Sandy. Hope you feel better soon!
my nails are like paper - they all grow to a certain length, then just as they start to look good, they break/snag one after the other... And I take 10,000 mcg of Biotin a day... the only time my nails were good was when I was breastfeeding DD - (not DS - just DD) - weird.

(((((((TOL))))))))

My favorite cookies......
-
Chris, buy nailtiques formula 2 plus. I get mine at walgreens. It's a clear polish and it is amazing at strengthening nails!
Looks yummy Sheila!
Thinking of you Sandy.
-
Swordfish is a big fish and can't be farm raised right?
The paper doesn't say anything...it's on sale tomorrow
-
Correct - it is not farm raised.
-

and prayers, Debbie
-
Sheila....watch swordfish...I think that is one on the avoid list.......apparently it is big fish, and contains a lot of mercury...google it to be sure.....
-
Thank You for the good wishes Debbie
♥
-
ducky....I'm not pregnant or breast feeding so i'm safe
It also says lowers the blood pressure and has little calories
Cholesterol level is high,,But Vitamin D levels are very high
It sounds good to me
-
I agree Ducky - we avoid it too for that reason.
My father-in-law arrived last night for three weeks - he loves it when I cook. I did the halibut, shaved brussel sprouts with balsamic and some strawberries. And then we got frozen yogurt - you can sample the flavors so I tried one that I thought would be horrible and it was great - popcorn!!
-
Sheila....google the list........my Dr actually gave me a list, and tested me for Mercury.....he said I was eating too much fish......but I was fine...just be careful of the "large variety"
-
By the way...some sre on the list for being over-fished...it's just the large, high mercury , and farm raised that need caution.......
-
I love swordfish and also heard about the high mercury levels. I am not pregnant or breast feeding wither, lol, and I better never be again. I eat swordfish sparingly.
Hi Foots!
-
Well I am neither of the upper two, and should I be......someone "better look for 3 Wisemen coming from the East"..,,,,,,,,,..
Had swordfish 1time, and got sick....both my mother and I.......probably not fresh.....but have not eaten it since.....think this summerI
I will get some at the Lobster House.......it does not get fresher then that.......
My daughter likes Halibut...had it 2 times and was not crazy about it. Should probably try that again.....here it is $19,99 a lb......I have another daughter who likes fresh Tuna......another one I did not like
But I eat and love Shad Roe......my kids can't even look at it.......funny story.......my husband and I years ago went to a very exclusive seafood house down the shore.......they had Shad Roe on the menu........I ordered it.........when the dinner came he took one look at it sitting on my plate and said....."Sorry but I have to do this"........he took the menu and stood it upright between us so he could not see my dish...........true story -
Sorry changing the subject.......
OMG It's time to find a DRESS again...The D word scares me
Macy's One Day Sale...i might sneak out there tomorrow if it's not thundering............
check out Dress Barn..........
I put the fan on...Happy summer all....
-
It is gross lookinng ducky! My dad loves to eat lobster roe....yuck!
Good luck with the dress Sheila!
-
I would not mind dress hunting if I was a size 6....,,lol
-
Ducky...i was never a size 6...I was size 8
I don't understand one thing.....You can be a larger woman but that doesn't mean your legs are like elephant or your butt is gigantic.....
that's what makes everything so difficult for me.....Tummy is big so my Breasts but everything else is not that big
OMG...i keep going and going again
I just want something that it fits and no black.....Maxi will be better
And I don't want to mention this subject until I find THE D
-
My ass is big, my waist is relatively small, which makes clothing difficult to buy. I need your boobs Sheila, or at least some of them. If you need some butt, I've got plenty to share.
-
I have enough butt Linda....
If i want to buy a size 14 pants the legs are so wide you can put two of them in there
Just back from eating...
Posted a small picture.....on FB...actually Carlos took the picture and emailed me so i was able to post
OOOH I can give you 2 sizes of my breast........
-
