Well maybe you just need different glasses, or maybe need to wear them more?

I never told my father about BC...i felt why give him something to make him sad and about 2 years ago he died without knowing
During chemo....I never let him come inside the house pretending i had a infection and under isolation
I never regretted the choice i made
Sandy.....sorry it's One Day Sale again...your health comes first....Hugs...♥♥♥

Good luck tomorrow Sheila - it's just another lovely facet of aging to have the need for sight adjustment.
Sandy - I bet you hate to miss the one day sales! But Sheila's right - you are first.
Geez Ducky - hoping for a great report for your daughter.
Since none of you asked, you don't get to know about the interesting experience
Took me all weekend to figure out that the snobby woman who was also a guest at the party meant "get lost, I don't care to get to know you" when she said "how lovely that you were invited and chose to come". I had to talk to my Boston friend to figure out what the hell that meant.
-
Diane...that was an interesting statement.....sorry...hahahahahahahahaha
I didn't think I had issues seing the far......Maybe I did but didn't realize it...because 2 of my DD used to ask me why I was doing that funny thing with my eyes when I was watching TV........
HAHA ...what comes next...hearing aids.......
how are you Diane?

Time for my peach tea and HAWAII5O

I'm here, running behind tonight.
((Sheila))
Omg, Diane, are you kidding me, that woman said THAT?!?! That is not exactly what I said out loud when I read your post above.
How does one write byotch?? Thanks for mentioning the car company charging for wear & tear, forgot they do that. Hey, I just thought of something!! The Federal government isn't charging interest these days, at least Bernanke (sp?) is keeping interest rates at 0%, shouldn't I be able to buy a car with no interest????
I'll ask about your interesting experience, if it's not too late.
Aw, ((ducky)), dear friend, I will keep my prayers headed your way for your DD. I went through this about 3 years ago with my DD#1. She had to have a mamm at age maybe 33 at the time, then an MRI & biopsy. She was dx'ed with LCIS. And the following year she had to have another MRI. Talk about both of us being so scared, it was a hard time. So I understand how you feel. I remember calling Sheila after I learned of DD#1's results (remember, Sheila?); I couldn't contain myself with relief & emotion.... She is checked every year. And my DD#2 about a year & a half ago, had a biopsy & it was b9. She didn't tell me about that until after, which I wasn't happy about but she didn't want to worry me.
The guilt I was feeling about passing this crap on to either one of my beautiful daughters was/is horrible........It's never far from my mind...

Good morning, just checking in to see everyone/

I fell asleep Sunday PM...was getting ready to bring and teach minerals and rocks to my grandson's 3rd grade class in CT. I loaded the car and was going to take a ferry but DD texted that they had to cancel -- again!
No problem...I am having coffee and relaxing. Grandson will be endlessly disappointed.Reading your posts and feeling like I am sitting with y'all and having coffee.
Netti- pot death??? UGGGGHHHH...
-
Ducky, It makes me sad that your DD has to go through this. Am lighting my candle and praying that it is nothing but calcifications. I am sorry for you...as if BC has not brought enough already...
-
For Sheila....

Will say that "his mother" decided to cut my granddaughters hair without asking and my daughter (or their son) Jamie is so upset (lala) and it started a war on fb...deleted all the comments, left the pix...she is still cute, but we were getting her pix taken next week and now can't, they started bullying me...blaming me, whatever.....jamie asked me to take the pix down, said no, deleted the comments, OMG, some people....done, thanks for listening...bbl
-
Yeah, Sandy, I'd read all those comments & "the blame-game" on FB. Geez! Iala is still adorable, just a little less hair to get in her eyes perhaps. She's a keeper, right?!
A little angel.

Love that pic Sheila.
Good Morning world! Heading to spin class. Stinks I can't lift weights, I miss it. In due time!
Hope everyone is doing well today!
Easter plans??

Decorating eggs Saturday with DS, FDIL and FGCs. Sunday up for Service in the Park, then having dinner here and will be hiding eggs.
I got a call from the high school district yesterday. They want to train me in in several other areas next week. They asked that I set aside at least three days. I will be trained in switchboard, attendance, Dean's office and Finance clerk. That will make me even more "usable" in the substitute dept. I applied for a perm job last week, but the job doesn't close until tomorrow, and they changed it to current employees to open hiring, which means a lot more competition.

Spring is here.......Good Morning
