Linda, your right................I will be in the shade tomorrow when we get to the shore.......already told my daughter "no beach for me"................she said "if its that bad I won't go either".................trust me, she will go...............just not worth it...........I'll just hang out at home, maybe outside as long as you can breath, and if not inside with the a/c, and my crossword puzzles........................bet your all jealous of all the fun I'm gonna have.......................hmmm doesn't get any better then that........home alone, and crossword puzzles..........right.....................................oh well, like I say..................the mind doesn't age, the body does.........................thanks cancer......................
-
I vacuumed my pool! Perfect day for that. I did it from inside the pool!
-
You day will be nice Ducky! Do what you want to do!
-
Yes ducky...at this age we don't have to answer to nobody...
I'm still singing the same song...it was one of the boring days of the year......
Around 6 I will take a short walk before i loose it....
PS...How do you vacuum a pool?
-
I just have one more thing to pick up at my Dad's place then I can give the keys back to them. I will do that tomorrow.
I had my yearly mam but I could not see my BS for a follow up afterwards because her Dad died. So I will be seeing her tomorrow. The mam showed no visible abscess to drain do to the Cellulitis but they did an US. That showed Mastitis but they still think that it's due to the Cellulitis trying to resolve itself. They were thinking of a tissue biopsy but I will know more tomorrow. When I went to see my onc afterwards my TM are still stable and she also said the same thing about the looks of my left tata. It is still a little pink and tender in certain areas but she gave me an excellent exam, very painful but she is good.
-
Good Luck Deb.
That's me, Sheila, vacuuming the pool. I think I have a breast enhancement.
-
Hi sexy !

-
LOL.......................Linda........don't I wish...............lol...............
Called my daughter tonight to see if she wanted me to go with her to the "retake", and the ultrasound. She said "no"...................I didn't push it............then she said "Mom when you found out you had "cancer", who was with you..............you were all alone for your retake, cause you thought it was nothing......................I think so too, Mom, and if I'm wrong, then I will be a "brave little soldier", just like you were.............I wished her luck, said "let me know right away", and hung up...............God I hope it is nothing...............I will take another tumor Lord, just not my daughter............
-
OOOh ducky...I can relate to you for what you are saying......
Praying it's nothing.....HUGS♥♥
-
Well called my daughter again, pled my case, and she said "Mom, I said "no", and what did you always say to us growing up........................................then I remembered..............."no, means no".....................so I will sit and patiently wait for her phone call, telling me it is nothing......................we are suppose to go down the shore tonight........her, and my son-in-law, he is my "Pool Master" since my husband died..............there isn't another guy like him around........when he was born they broke the mold.................................
If everything is good, I will celebrate tonight, with a huge drink, and this time I am friggin dead serious, meds or no meds......................Red Solo Cup.................I know your waiting for me.........................thanks for the prayers ladies.........your the best.............
-
You and your daughter are in my prayers, Ducky. Sound like she takes after her mother.
Patch didn't have any issues with me at all. He and I were stuck like glue whenever possible. He is such a happy little guy. Very similar to my boys.
He looks like a clone of his father, especially after his first haicut. DIL had asked if I wanted to go to his first haircut and I said "of course". When we got to their house I asked if she had the appointment. She said "Yep" and when I asked when the appointment was, she said "Whenever you want to do it". That took me by surprise, and I felt honored.
We had a great time and I missed him the moment we drove away. Long distance granparenthood bites!
-
You must have had so much fun with Patch. I was so excited for you. Nice of DIL to schedule the haircut so you could be there. I had to hold DS on my lap and press his head against my chest for his first few haircuts. He screamed. But now the Supercuts ladies ask for him when he hasn't been in because they like to talk to him when he gets his hair cut. lol
You taught your children well, Ducky. Getting my red solo cup ready to join you in celebrating news that it's nothing. Keep us posted. ((((((Ducky)))))) ♥
(((((((TOL)))))))

thanks for cleaning the pool Linda...I'm really enjoying it

I just got this from a friend ..I had to share it with you
<<There was a bit of confusion at the store this morning. When I was ready to pay for my groceries, the cashier said, "Strip down , facing me." Making a mental note to complain to my congressman about Homeland Security running amok, I did just as she had instructed. When the hysterical shrieking and alarms finally subsided, I found out that she was referring to my credit card. I have been asked to shop elsewhere in the future. They need to make their instructions to us seniors a little clearer! >>

Good Morning TOL. Injection for one finger was successful, the other not yet. Fingers are crossed though. Well actually, they are not because I can't
-
Hoping and praying for the best Ducky. I hope it's NOTHING!!! Let us know.
Glad you were there too Meece!! Such fun!
As the song states: Red Solo Cup, I'll fill you up! Let's have a party!

LOL Sheila - instructions to seniors and cancer patients. We're so used to stripping down for anyone and everyone when we're told "strip down", we're apt to think strip clothes not magnetic strip... too funny.
Diane - hope the other finger comes around soon!
Suffocating here.
You need to rest Sandy. Does DQ aggravate your gallbladder? I would rest and then go for some DQ...
-
LOL Sheila!!! I missed that one last time I posted!
-
(((Diane))) (((Deb))) ♥
I was out before...omg i almost became soup......I'm alive
Got home 2 minutes later thunder and heavy rain started........
