Thinking Out Loud.....

Will you have a loaded gun too?
-
Yes, don't give them the power to stop you from having fun - take back your power
-
How about a blow dart gun, I have one.
-
lol!!
-
I haven't mentioned this to you all because I wanted to make sure things will work out. My DD is getting serious with her boyfriend Nick, he lives and works in Bermuda and his family lives in the UK. The plan is: she applied for a job over there, have an excellent interview 2x, one on the computer via skype and the other in person. They were really pleased with her. She has her house rented out and is living with us for awhile. Along with the physco cat. He attacked when you walk by him and growls, I accidentally stepped on his tail, he is not happy with me, just looking at me growling. LOL
-
If she gets the job, she will be moving over there and I will be taking care of her 2 cats, they will not allow pets in the house he is renting.
-
Monday I made an appointment at my PCP's office, I have had a lump on my right shoulder blade since late summer, I thought it was a knotted muscle or tendon cuz I do a lot of yard work. But it is still there and I am getting concerned.
-
Good for Rebekkah!!
Now, take care of yourself. When is your appointment?
-
Monday at 10.
-
Good to hear you don't have to wait weeks. Keep us posted.
-
Deb..I'm glad you don't have to wait. Its always something isn't it/
Good Evening Ladies.
Today I cleaned.
Took the ceiling fan off part by part and washed it. All the screws and everything is drying.
I made myself cup of tea my throat is very itchy.
Maybe later I put the darn thing together.
Nothing interesting to report.
-
I hate cleaning the ceiling fans! Worst job ever!!
-
I clean them 2x year. they get really filthy.
-
This one is very close to the kitchen and it was very greasy. Yuck
I was on my knees cleaned the floors. the side of the stove.
tomorrow the windows and something else unpleasant.
-
Deb please get it checked AND get a copy of the report for yourself.....happy saturday night!!! Miracle on 34th Street is on for the 2nd time tonight!!
-
Good Night.
-
Aw, I just got home and hoped to visit everyone...someone???
White knuckle ride coming home, but here safe and sound. Yes I would have a loaded gun. BIL said I could use his 20 gauge and he'd buy the ammo and pidgeons. I take it he really wants me to be there.
I am sure Matt has left his blow dart gun with me in one of his boxes.
-
Hi Meece - glad you are home safe and sound. What did you decide about the pidgeon shooting? Why white knuckle? Bad weather or speedy DH?
Sheila - I wonder if your throat is scratchy from all that cleaning and dust?
Today I made tamales, DS and DIL came to hang with FIL and the rest of us. Matt had been traveling on business all week and somehow tweaked his shoulder in a major way. He finally asked if we could give him a muscle relaxer or something. I gave him 1/2 of a 5mg dose and 20 min later, he was sound asleep on the sofa. The rest of us played parcheesi and rummy - nice day.
For some time, my daughter has been wanting to get a short haircut but as we all know short hair is harder than long hair and with her motor skill problems, I was really worried. Anyway, for her Christmas surprise, I took her for a very expensive short haircut. It looks fantastic, even after she did it herself today. She is so pleased and thinks she is quite the hottie. Just that is enough to make it all worth it.
Tomorrow is the big 60th birthday surprise party for my friend's husband. The chef will meet them at 10 a.m. to shop for the meal at the market and then they will come here to cook all day and then 16 for dinner. It will be a lon day but I hope he and everyone has a great time. All of a sudden my house seems too small, which is ludicrous.
Tuesday is my first rads. Not really afraid but just tired of all the docs and appts, just like everyone here.
Happy Weekend!

It was a white knuckler because DH had let me drive and within minutes of me taking over, the rain increased to where I had to run the wipers full force. We went through a mountain pass where the plows had popped most of the reflectors off and it was really hard to see the lanes.
We discussed it, and Ithink we will go shooting.
-
Meece...Shooting, Slapping or Linda's holding cell whatever your heart desires.
Diane...You made TAMALES, OMG thats my favorite food.
When the girls are still living home every Sunday they used to go to this store and buy them the lady used to cook them every Sunday. We had breakfast.
My throat was strachy before cleaning.
Hi Sandy♥
good Morning

-
Hi Seyla!!
-
Hello Everyone!
-
Hello Linda how is MA?
-
COLD!!! But not snowing, We were supposed to get a Nor'eater but it is just a bit off shore. Thank God!! We will get an inch or so, I can deal with that. How is PA?
-
cold and they are saying snow friday into saturday maybe!!
-
I glad we missed the so called storm, I guess the cape is getting rain and some snow. It's 28 degrees right now, at 11:22pm. I'm going to get up later than usual cuz my doctor appointment isn't until 10:00.
-
We've had 2 3/4" of rain since last night. We still have 2 to 3 days of storm left. May be time for us to start building an arc.
-
Good morning ladies.
Will be thinking of you today, Deb.
I'm glad you've decided to go shooting, Meece.
LOL on sending the mean people to Linda's. Should have done that days ago!
RCG - I'm so glad your DD was able to get the haircut she wanted.
Sheila - I hope your itchy throat is gone. You took the fan apart? I'm lucky when I bother just to dust the blades! I am a very bad housekeeper.
I am not ready for Christmas!
-
I accept ALL mean people, regardless of race, color or creed. LOL!
Good Morning. I am thinking of you too, Deb. Best of luck and let us know how it goes.
