Sounds like fun!
-
I dont know how to post them here.
Or post it on FB if you dont mind.
Pajama Party with all my sister/friends is priceless.
-
Email works too!
-
Email instead of pajama party? I think not
Hehe....
-
LOL!!!
How are you feeling? Your sense of humor seems to be just fine!
-
BTW, has anyone noticed Terrys new pic at the top of our thread? I love it! I hope she stops by some time, it's been awhile!
-
i saw it this morning Im so used to the old picture first I thought I was on the wrong thread.
-
I am feeling so much better, everyone notices in my voice, in my posture. I think I am really much more peaceful now. I feel kind of NORMAL. I had a glass of wine tonight with dinner, you know, a normal thing to do. I am excited to get my tattoo's tomorrow. I don't understand why they can't do better than a black dot though.
I am curious if any of you have heard much about lumenal A tumors? I had never heard this term before but it was part of the conversation with my rad onc about how lucky I am and why my decision about chemo was ok. I was able to find a small amount of information that indicates that luminal A tumors are not sensitive to chemo and that they are not a tumor generally in need of chemo.....anyone want to educate me on this?
-
I'll have to GOOGLE that one RCG.
-
Did anyone check out the big Pajama Party us chatters had in Las Vegas? It's on FB.
-
I've never heard of it. I'm curious too!
Did you ever have the onco type dx test?
I have my tattoos. I love when people ask me if I have tattoo and I say yes....my kids just kind of look at me....
-
-
I know I asked this question before about tattoos.
I still don't understand why I didn't get them and what is the exact purpose for it?
Thank You for your kind replies
Diane...I never heard about them before.
Glad you are happy and feel right about everything........
Hugs

I work for a laser company and we have machines that remove Tattoo's. I am thinking very seriously of having mine removed. It is on my breast bone and looks like a blackhead when I wear a low cut or scoop neck blouse.
-
Mine too Deb! I hate when you can see it when I wear my bathingsuit. DH says it's my imagination, but I think it looks like a blackhead!
RCG, apparently the terms you used above are the newest way to classify tumors. Progress!
Sheila, the tattoos are so they can line up the laser thingys (techincal term) during radiation.
-
Where are mine?
Why they didnt tattoo me?
Did i get the right treatment?
-
Maybe they didn't do that in '05???
-
I took a picture of my blackhead tattoo check it out on FB. You also can notice my right tata is larger than my left. I didn't notice until I took the picture. LOL
-
I just realized something all my 3 DR appointments for tomorrow are related to above my neck hahahahahahahaha
-
They made a cast of my breasts because they werent cooperating.
Every day before radiation I wore that.
-
Have fun tomorrow Sheila!
I didn;t see your tattoos on FB Deb.
Gotta go to bed soon!
-
No tattoo picture Deb !!!!!!
-
Just finished it.
-
Linda - Yes, this is the latest. I did have oncotype which gave me a 14% chance of reccurance. My rad onc seems to be on top of this stuff and was quite confident about this luminal A thing. What I read is that luminal A is largely unresponsive to chemo....
Sheila - did you take Klonopin before your first rad appt? Maybe you didn't know they tattooed you? Perhaps your tats faded already? You would think by now they could at least come up with something other than a GD blackhead. Why were your girls uncooperative? It's not just you but your body parts are also misbehaving?
Deb - I have not seen your tat pic nor any proof of your lopsidedness. I also am now a bit off with quite a divot on the right.
My DH thinks I am cazy when I sit over here laughing and telling him to wait a minute....
-
Maybe they used a magic marker some radiologists use them. When you had your boosts did they draw on you with green and orange magic marker?
-
www.whroc.com
This is the place were I had my rads. My rads doctor is no longer there and I notice some of the nurses I had are no longer there. Maybe they went with the rads doctor. I was one of their first patients the place is just 4 years old. The machines were state of the art.
-
I do remember all the little x's by magic marker but no tattoo.
I was even studying them now
. i dont see it.
-
RCG....They were uncooperative because they decided to fall to the side of my body when I was lying down. So much of it.
-
Oh well that will definitely be an issue for me too! I actually asked him if we would have to do this with me laying through one of those tables with the holes but he said no way.....
-
That is what you lie on when you have a breast MRI. The nurse pointed to the table and said, "put your girls in there, LOL."
