I want some fish for dinner.

I will make the oatmeal now.

I'm afraid i will OD on Fiber.

I'm eating my spinach early today, I have a meeting at my sons school at 1.  He has a half day today and thursday.

The beautiful weather made me feel drunk, eyes are closing.

I bought more aspara-gas. Im addicted to it, and salmon and baby spinach, baby portabella mushrooms, lots of fruit and veggies. I feel happy now.

here, got ct with dye, really nausus the rest of the day, they told me the results in 2 business days...he is calling me and then to him the 24th or something, really nervous, thanks for keeping me in your thoughts....

Same here Sheila.  Enjoy the day today because we are in for 5 days of rain.  I will hop on the eliptical in 10 mins, once my son gets on the bus. Clean awhile and them go outside.  I hope you all enjoy your day!!

We have soccer this afternoon at 4 so I will miss my late day walk.  I will try and get one in tonight.  It is just soooooooo nice out there!!!!!!!!!

Well ladies your power and the Femara worked, the tumor has shrunk 50% and the lymphnodes in my chest has gone down 1/3 and the nodels on my lungs have not changed, he said that chemo wouldn't have worked that good, so I THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHNG....yea!!! ice cream and my granchildren tonigh is awesome!!

I had 27 thin Aspara-Gas with my salmon and a baked potato.

My tummy is singing because I'm happy. Later it will be a different singing of course   LOL
