Always Sandy. we will always be here and with you.
Finally East Coast is seeing some spring like weather.
Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't you write once you go to the ocean and its peaceful.
I feel the same way. none of my friends like to walk for enjoyment. for me its life since I don't have a car. I wish one day we can all meet somewhere and walk to the ocean.
Take Care.

The movie was good. We watched the Bucket List. I had never seen it. I fell aleep on the couch!
Yes, Sandy, we are with you, thinking of you. It must be tough to do this alone, so we will help!!
-
I woke up half an hour ago.
Potato chips were delicious. My tongue is numb from the salt. But I was happy.
I don't know what I'm doing today.

My family has a house in Falmouth on Cape Cod. I spent all my summers there as a child. I loved it!! I still go there all summer long with my kids. My parents are awesome, the more the merrier. They have 13 grandchildren and 5 children of there own, all married so we have lots of people there all the time. My dad still takes us fishing and waterskiing. I LOVE the ocean!
-
I have only been to the Cape once in my life, that was over 20 yrs ago. My DH won't go near the place, he hates traffic.
Bought some Aspara-gas yesterday. I will cook it up for my lunch tomorrow. What out co-workers.
-
Do you eat your aspara-gas in a moderate amount or you eat the all bunch the way I do.
If you eat lunch at a later time Your DH will have the pleasure of your colorful smell when you get home..
I got so lazy but I found myself around 3 oclock. i did wash, put them in the dryer and I took a nice walk, I even walked faster. So laundry is done. I'm showered.
I'm having chicken and Brussel Sprouts tonight. i wanted a sweet potato but I dont have one.
I hope everyone had a nice day.
ABC pulled its station from Cable-vision as of midnight. I don't care but lots of people are angry because they wont be able to watch The Oscars tonight.
I will be eating soon. To Be Continued..................
-
My DH laughs at how "colorful" I am!! He can't believe the amount of veggies I eat. I always did but since BC, I eat even more.
I hope you enjoyed your meal. I had a very small steak on the grill tonight. I stopped eating steak and meat but wanted some so I ate it!! Back to fish tomorrow!
-
I will probably make a few meals out of it. I love all types of veggies accept ocra.
-
I think I was meant to be a vegeterian. My friends laugh at me how much vegetables and fruit I consume. But like Linda said I was the same way even before BC.
-
I saw about disney and cablevision, wow, what will they do to straighten out out. Good night all!!
Sandy

I had spinach and mushrooms for lunch today. boom, boom!
-
spinach is a polite vegetable, it must be the mushrooms.

I love to saute baby spinach with garlic olive oil and mushrooms. I think I will cook up my Aspara-gas.
I made sweet potato muffins to bring in work for breakfast. They are going right through me, LOL.

-
Im boiling 2 eggs. i had very early dinner at 3;30 this afternoon and went for a walk.
The warm weather made me very mushy. I was trying hard not to fall asleep.
Sandy... its better if you have the test first and see the DR after he has the results.
Will be thinking tomorrow.
Sorry about AFs issues Deb. But isnt it better if comes out soft instead of hard.
If this post goes the top of the page again I will scream.

Sandy, we will be keeping our fingers, eyes, arms and legs crossed for good results♥
I had the half of the asparagus for supper, the rest I am saving for lunch tomorrow. It was soooo good. Sauted in EVOO with a little garlic, MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Good Night♥
-
LOL!! You crack me up!
Sandy, we will be thinking of you today. Wouldn't it be great if the dr. called and said we got the results back early? I can dream! Hang in there!
We do talk alot about food. SInce we have put on a few pounds since our dx, I think we are more aware of what we eat. We try to eat very healthfully, but we still get crqavings so we joke about them. Seriously, don't even mention Chineese food to me! I would eat it for breakfast!!XOXOXO
Linda
