Family vacations to New Hampshire. We spent 2 weeks renting a cabin on a lake. There were 20 cabins that were filled with plenty of other kids to play with that we only saw at that time. The best part is that there was no TV or phones, just having fun!!! We all ended up reconnecting with each other, after 30 somewhat years.
Another great childhood memory is........

a trip around the western US my dad took us on. We visited YellowStone, Mt Shasta, Crater Lake and a lot of other places. The bears at Yellowstone were especially memorable!

I always dread shoe shopping almost more than bathing suit shopping, because I'm a size 5, and most of the size 5's are in the childrens section now, and like to get shoes that look "adult".
