I have a long, long day at work and then I need to go see a friend who is really, really sick, or my dad in the nursing home, who is really, really failing.
My favorite 'couple' friends are......

One of my favorite passtimes is
Wellwater...yes, I went to Florida for a mini 3 day vacation and yes, my mom and dad are cute at this age. What a nice mom's day gift you gave!

going through old photo albums. I have dozens in a cabinet downstairs and whenever I go to get something out of it I usually end up going through one or two.
In order to fall asleep naturally, one thing I always do at bedtime is............

my living/family room....but I bought furniture to "last" so I'm sure that room will outlive me
My goal for today is............

my living room. It's really big and just not friendly. I'd like to get rid of one couch and chair and replace with something different, but well - I'm definitely NOT an interior designer.

get to three graduation parties and make a menu/grocery list for company coming over for dinner tomorrow.

cut a couple branches off of my cherry trees.
tonight for dinner we are having...

Pork chops out on the grill, corn, and maca cheese. It was something fast and simple, since I got home around dinner time. I had the best of both worlds today, went to an air show at the beach.
I'm planning on having......... for dinner tomorrow night.....

dinner this afternoon will be typical bbq fare......ribs,chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, baked potatoes, mac/cheese (neighbor's famous recipe), grape salad, watermelon, etc. We have some vegans in the group so there'll also be soy burgers, etc.
The next city fair/festival/event that we plan on attending is.............
(In Chicago we have 2 art fairs and the Blues Fest all the same wekend - we do them all)

One of the 'long' road trips I took with my son (then 5yo) was in 2000 when we drove to York Beach Maine and stopped in NY (did the city and Ellis Island)....we had the best time driving and visiting family and friends along the way. I long to drive across country one day.....

the first date DH and I went on was dinner and a movie....and I "think" that movie was Bonnie and Clyde.
The craziest blind date I ever went on was......................

with my cousin's friend in 1969. I amd from NJ, but was visisting cousins in Georagie. He was a very nice guy...we went to the movies and then to play miniature golf. Double date with my cousin and her boyfriend. The crazy part was at that time, the guys wore socks to match their shirt. My date had on orange socks with and orange shirt.
The next fun thing I am going to do is........

rent a car and drive around the state with my husband! This weekend!!!!
In a few days in will be June and I will be........
