Oh Karen I feel soooo bad. I was going to mention ginger ale but figured maybe Olivia liked Sprite better and that is why she was drinking Sprite instead. That's what I get for trying to be logical and not letting God take control!
So the big gasto test is tomorrow right? Know that we are there with you in heart and prayer!

Oh Boy. Im So sorry to hear that Nothing has been figured out still. Hoping the Scans give a Clue. Hanna that sounds like a good thing to look at.
I sure hope the Gingersnaps & Ginger ale are something that will help settle the Nausea a little & get some food in her.
Prayers continue for all of you.

I was speaking to a friend about Olivia, and she looked at me and asked if she has had her thyroid checked. I also saw in reading here that someone else has suggested that. My friend said that she had her thyroid removed, and had some of the same symptoms as Olivia, but just not as severe. So, maybe? She also said that she (Olivia) will have another praying for her on a daily basis, and I was to keep her informed. That was really what I had called to ask her for---was her prayers.
So Olivia, you just hang in there, little dear. Prayers are coming in from all over, and I hope your prayer pager is just buzzing away! Here's hoping the doctors fix you up quickly, and you and your mom can get some rest.
Prayers on the way....
Jennifer

Jennifer , thanks for the suggestion! She has had her thyroid checked and it is normal. But, like I always say, I want people to keep suggesting things. I would rather say "done that" than to havent thought of it!
Hanna , thanks SOOOOOO much for all your research! I am going to look into it too. You are the 2nd person to mention this and one of them was a doctor (just cant rem which one).
I so truly appreciate all you all have done for my little girl! She is just so sweet and precious. I wish you all could really meet her. She is like the brightest light when she walks into a room.
Continue to pray that ONE of these coming up tests will show SOMETHING and that treatment is QUICK!!
-
I'm praying Karen.

Saying prayers that today's tests reveal exactly what is going on with Olivia and that they can get her on the path to recovery quickly ... I just hate that she's having to suffer so much and really want her to be well and enjoy her childhood.
Hugs and prayers,
Doreen

Well good news is her kidneys and bladder were normal in the ultrasound. Doc called about 10 min ago.
I doubt I will hear about the gastric scan until first of next week.
-
Karen,
Praise God for the goodnews that Olivia's kidneys and bladder are in the clear. That narrows it down further. Praying for continued good reports. And especially for her physical comfort.
-
