No, I don't. Although I do try to eat very healthy.....veggies, fruits, grains, brocco sprouts, tumeric, CoQ10, Vit. D3, fish oil and exercise.

marejo---do you take vitamin d also? I've heard that straight vitamin d will help with pain associated with arimidex?? I've only been able to find calcium + vit D

I will probably watch some of it....just to be nosey.
I take only Vit. D3....I am not on arimidex so pain isn't an issue to me. I just know that taking Vit. D3 is what we need and not Vit. D2.

False on the Pepe's - I don't think there are any more around here.....we do have some good Mexican places that are family owned versus chains and they are sure tasty. But enjoy your hot tamales Curli. And glad1st day back to work went well.
Faith - would LOVE to join you but we'll be in St. Pete on Fri and Lakeland on Saturday for the wedding....back to St. Pete on Sunday and home Monday so just a quickie - not a chance to make it to Ocala - maybe next time.

The next person is going to an inauguration party - mine is with my 86 year old mom and her friend - they are so excited about tomorrow so I am baking a special cake and will bring some lunch and snacks so they can watch all the hoopla.

False but my brother used to and I did when I visited him. It seems very healthy but it helps if you live in a different part of the country from where I live - the East Coast doesn't lean that way -- we are lucky to see organic food in the supermarkets around here!

Oh Faith, I hear ya......the hot flashes are BRUTAL. They were bad during chemo. Then went away....last year they were back but were mild....but now they are BRUTAL.....I'm either sweating/overheating to death and then cold. YUCK.
