Curlie I hope that the onc nurses enjoyed the sugar cookies. Please work a little harder at getting your throat looked at. It sounds uncomfortable and has gone on for far too long.
The next person has to get up in a minute and gear up to go feed horses and walk dogs.

No I did not. I didn't go to college.
This is the next person's last day of work this week?
-
True! We're leaving today for FL so TRUE also shelloz's NP statement.
Curli: I agree with Stormy - since this is a known s/e of the chemo they should be able to recommend something. When you finish chemo I'll come and meet you somewhere and buy you a glass of wine to make up for not being able to have one now!
I also did not go to college - perhaps in my next life.
The next person has plans for a fun weekend! See you babes next week
-
TRUE!! Tomorrow is our BCO get-together and we have 7 survivor's coming plus a mom!!

-
Yes Well and Faith, have a blast!
Am off today, except for a meeting at 6pm, ugh
Next person has a facebook account (I don't but pondering....)
-
No, no facebook. I tried out myspace once and decided that people can just as easily send me email if they want to stay in contact with me. I already have enough things on the computer to keep up with. But, for those who do like to do things like this...I say 'kewl'!
The next person is a soduku fanatic.
-
True. I LOVE soduku -- finding it addicting, too! LOL. So save it for airplane trips etc.

-
Yes mam, and I took the control back!
The next person loves the snow!
-
Mmmmmmmm. Not so much..... on the snow. A little goes a long way with me these days.
Nexters..... I have a special favor to ask. I just learned that today is the birthday for Slonedeb (it also happens to be the b'day for Sharon51 and we're having a party for her on the beach thread if you want to stop by there to wish her well.)
Anyhow, Slonedeb has had quite a bit of challenge/progression lately, despite being on chemo and I would be so appreciative if people would go post a happy word for her on her thread. It's under the section entitled: Prayers and Spiritual Inspiration and then search for the Slonedeb thread.
One more thing..... her computer does not allow her to see graphics, pics etc. So words, prayers, poems etc are best -- things that she can read. Thanks so much for offering kindness to a very special woman. If you don't find this for a day or two -- that's fine, please post a belated b'day wish when you are able.
OK thanks for letting me highjack the thread.
Now back to our regularly scheduled:

Best wishes Pinky
No, not relaxing anymore....did that most of the day! Blew off my meeting (oops) and will clean. make up meeting next week, thank goodness.
Next person has way too many meetings at work
-
False, I am on a LOA from work....I miss the meetings.
Next person is contemplating and/or procrastinating about plugging in the car tonight.
-
False. We're in FL...... don't need to plug in the car. I remember doing that during winter's in WI.
The next person has a collection to tell us about.
