colorful art for our celia-on-leave:

Good mid-morning Angelettes. The rain continues to fall gently making the pull to sleep but I'm resisting. The colors are vibrant and dazzling. God's palette in action. I hope everyone is having a ncie relaxing weekend.
-
Always, beautiful song and beautiful piano keys, took piano lessons for 16 years and haven't played in about 25 years and sometimes I think I would love to get a piano and try again. Had my coffee and off to church, but this wasn't the one either. We haven't lived in Pauls Valley but a year and still haven't found a church home but haven't given up yet.
It is raining here also and I love it, it smells so fresh and I love walking the beach in the rain, it is so soothing and relaxing.
Hope all has a beachy day.

Spar, why don't you get an electric keyboard if you want to pick piano back up. I have one that I got from Radio Shack for about $80 several years ago. It has a full size keyboard but it doesn't require the room of a regular piano plus it was alot less expensive. I love just tinkering around on it when I have time.

OMG...that is absolutely gorgeous, Summer. Did you take that picture???? May I pilfer it for a screen wallpaper?
-
Summer, that is a gorgous picture!
Always, that is a good idea and if I can relearn and want to I can get a regular piano later.
I just finished making this stained glass pretty to hand on my moms porch. My computer actually let me copy it here. sometimes it will and sometimes it won't
-
That is beautiful, Spar. We have such very creative people on this Beach!!!
-
Welcome Summer!! We love having summer-at-the-beach.
I've seen your gorgous avatar pic on another thread or two and have always admired the gorgous colors. I'm so glad that you've stopped thru here. Please pull up a chair and get acquainted with the regulars...... several are currently away on other adventures, but they'll wander back thru and have surprises for you.
nEEsie: where on earth are you? i'd really like to borrow your backhoe for the evening and can't find you anywhere??
Spar: you are quite the craftie one...... I still want to see more pics of the tiled table
Jasmine: I kept thinking of you cleaning your closets from recently when I was attempting to unearth my studio space -- it was very motivating. thanks
Footie: it's about time for our lemonade break, don't ya think?
LisaSoCal: what sights are ya seeing today? loved the ducks!
Sahalie: i miss you so much when you're busy elsewhere...... how will we weather the month when you're on the genuine beach?
Winger: are you gone all week or was it to be just a long weekend?
BikerJanny: have you been on big adventures recently?
Susan: pop thru with some happy diversions for us.......
who else am i missing?
celia: I'm totally eager for your return. We'll have a party. I'll host. Margo will cook.
Margo: that's who I was missing. You must be very busy. I miss your cooking club escapades.
Amy: are you ready to tell us about Maine?

Happy Day to all*
Arrived home a little bit ago from a fun weekend with most of Sunday still available.
A bunch of us went to a wild concert last night at the Shoreline Amphitheatre
down in Mountain View.
I stayed with my cousin who lives down there.
Looks like you all added some bright colors. I'm still focusing after last night.
Time to get it together as a couple out of towners are due in anytime.
I cleaned house before I left and did some cleaning and rejuvenating here too.
I can't help it. It's just fun.
Must get it together for the sake of approaching relatives.
Hello to Summer. I have a cousin with the same name.
-
Thank you Faith.
-
Sahalie!!! I'm so glad to see you and hear that you've been out kicking up your heels in style.
