LIFE'S A BEACH!

Sahalie, I'm here, I'm here. Hubby was home today, and he always has us running errands everywhere when that happens, lol! Those little lollies you made are precious. And they sound really easy too! I'm lovin' the Betty Boop Biker!
Shrink, that is one funny story!!! I am still lmao!
LUV, how scary about the MRI. I don't think it will cause any health issues. They got you out right away!
Celia, I need a knee replacement and I've been putting it off for years. I should probably get it done this winter, while we are still on COBRA. I'm just so scared that something will go wrong. I have a bad history of things going wrong after surgery.
JulZ, I'll bet that really happened! LOL
Spar, I can't imagine working in the dark like that. We've lost power several times at work, but being a dental office, we just stopped working. It's not nearly as important as giving injections, etc.
Hi to Faith, Foots, Heymoose, Saint, Lisa, Wings, Amy, Mary-Lou, and anyone else I've forgotten.
-
Such fun at the beach ....Luv sorry about the MRI....that is just wrong.
Stories were great and the man candy even better! My face is painful today, he must have had a strong grip while pulling my tooth. Ouch! Pain meds are making me a little sick too. I forget to eat with them....
I think I will just relax for the rest of the day right here at the beach...come join me...

That picture looks very much like a B&B we stayed in on Half Moon Bay in Callifornia several years ago. Wherever it is, I'll be right over.
-
-
Why does it seem like my life is getting in the way of my board time. Grrrr! LOL! I never used to be this busy.
Mary-Lou, what a beautiful angel.
Sahalie, did you get your phone call yet?
-
Biker, I thought she looked like our special beach Angel. That's why I picked her.
-
today we had buckets of babies:
-
Wow faith..how cool is that!!
Shrink..don't you just love Half Moon Bay??!!
we went there alot when two of my boys went to UC Santa Cruz...

Where is SPAR?
Where is JULZ?
Janny. Yes indeedie I did get the call and will share tomorrow. Big goings on.
We were going to watch the debate. I made a really nice kabob dinner with veg's from the
garden but we got so tired of the same diatribe they repeat at each opportunity we turned it off.
We're too excited anyway to sit still and couldn't even eat dinner.
Mary Lou. What a cozy B&B. I hope your mouth has settled down for you.
And the Angel does look just like our *
Half Moon Bay is in full swing now with the massive acres of pumpkins and the big weigh in
this month. Now that's a town with my favorite kind of weather.
It was hotter than peppers here today and just now cooling off.
Faith. Cutie patooties in buckets so cute.
When do we switch the clocks back? It's pitch black outside and only 7:19.

Good evening all beach friends.
Here is a little sunshine for you Sahalie. Had a wonderful day shopping with daughter and eating at olive garden. She needed a stress free day really bad. Sahalie, what is your phone call, what are you so excited about? I am excited because you are excited and want you to share. It is nice and cool here in the OK, US of A. Sahalie, that was one cool spider and those suckers look so yum, you are a wonderful mom.
Love all the autumn colors and Pumpkin patches. My granddaughter will be going with her class to pick out their pumpkins this week, she always gets so excited about it and then they carve it out and I get the seeds to roast.
Celia, were you kidding about not knowing who Willie (the legend) was. LOL How young are you. That was so nice of your ex to send you an art book. I did have a good relationship with mine (our kids are in their 30's) until this year and now (a long story) I do not like the man anymore and have no respect for him at all or his wife, whom I use to think was a good friend. So when I hear of good ex relationships it always makes me smile
Julz that was beautiful fall sea glass colors, thank you so much and that song by tom t hall "I Love" video is the best ever and makes me smile but also shed a tear it is so sweet. But then I like his song I like beer also. LOL
Mary Lou, so sorry you are losing your teeth, root canals are very expensive, do you have one good side to chew on. hoping you are at least pain free now. You had some beautiful pictures today and I want to join you in all of them.
Pick one, they are sweets or perhaps if you want to eat meat you could use these
Shrink, I was cracking up with you in you sheer nightie and am glad the guys didn't fall off the building.
Dreamwriter and Saint, hoping you guys are having such a good time, can't wait to hear all about it.
Luv, what a bummer on that MRI business but glad you are ok.
Biker, I know what you mean about life taking up your board time, don't we have our priorities straight!!!LOL
Wings and sige, where are you wonderful ladies?
Wings here are a couple of historic lighthouses for you.
Faith, those babies are precious in their buckets. Hope you got productive in your studio today
Lisa, Needing some flowers from you, love your collages, you are so good at that stuff.
Foots here are some hugs for you.
Love and Hugs from A to Z and to our special angel
If I missed anyone am very sorry, just tired. goodnight, sweet dreams

We may need him to hose us down....talk about a HOT profession!
HAPPY HUMP DAY.....
-
-
Things swinging even further into "full gear" around here.
It was pouring down rain @ walking-with-neighbor time, so I was forced to crawl back into bed and then realized it was indeed Humpday!!
Let the party begin anew:
For all of you dog lovers @ the beach.................
Glad everyone enjoyed the babeez-in-buckets. Now that Sarah had the idea, we plan to try it one more time -- in the morning, when they don't have fevers, before they outgrow the buckets -- to see if we can get actual smiles on them both at the same time. Stay tuned.
Spar, I was indeed productive in my studio yesterday. It took me the longest time to figure out how to change the foot on my sewing maching: geesh..... took me FOREVER! I persevered & finally figured it out. I'm doing free-motion quilting on the mountain quilt I pieced up in WI.
It's thrilling to make any headway what-so-ever.
LUV, hope that you're getting the answers to your remaining questions. Hugs to you.
Footie, can't wait to hear about the newspaper piece. Talk about an answer to prayer!!
Hey all the rest of you, beachie baba-louies........... on the run. Today's my rescheduled doctor's appointment (from when the world here had no electricity.) I'm sure one of the outcomes of our conversation will be a return to physical therapy for me. My back has not gotten any better with the stretching exercises. This getting old stuff is not for sissies............ so I'll be sucking it up & returning to the cruelty of the rack and the other torture devices -- all in the name of progress.
hugs & care: up and down the beach
-
almost there.......
-
-
And just a LITTLE bit of eye candy:
-
And for all of you history lovers:
-
Trick or Treat ! LUV the eye candy!
Drink of the day..................
