    Hey Beachie Kids!

I have notes on a paper here to help me remember what I just read so I can reply---it should work until I loose the paper or the pen--or both~~~!!!!!

    Sahalie--What do I get????? sniff sniff--pumpkin bread??

Amy-those pups are at the humane society where I volunteer (not sure what you saw but no wine there! LOL). The mom, Eclair went to a new home last week, the girl, Bon-Bon was adopted yesterday & the Boy, Nougat is so heartbroken to be alone for the first time in his life---poor baby. I sure hope he is gone to a new home when I go back next week! The avatar is my papillon Alphie---my chemo-pal!

Spar-- I LOVE liver and artichokes (not together!)--now what can you show me to stop me eating???? LOL

F&F--you can find your way back--use the secret passage-way I showed you! The beach would NOT be the beach without you!!!

Lisa----OMIGOD!!! I want a poster of that balloon collage!!! Remeinded me of the balloon ride dh & I did a while back.......

Celia---you made my smile grow bigger & bigger with each pic!!!!!!!!   & your cat looks like my cat's twin!! I will have to get a pic of mine laying the same way as yours & post it!

Hugs & smiles to foots julz jas mary-lou dream wings biker & harley----did I miss anyone???

I found these food pix hysterical--thought they fit the theme of food AND smiles lined up on the last pages....

     for Amy---not goats, but close?!

    Reflection*

I've been looking through my research note's on the clothing of the 1800's.

I still find the clothing amazing, box upon box of creative and beautiful items

made by women from scraps of nothing, from old curtains, fabric maps, flour bags,

    anything.

    How very creative is this?

I don't know how these women lived, how they battled for the home, for the family,

how they carried the weight of everything on their shoulders, and yet look at what they made.

I wonder somtimes what I am doing, what I waste, and what I battle for * can I really compare?

    I don't know, I truly don't.

But these women * I so admire!

    I do love history.

Hello.... whats this about limiting people to a certain amount of posts?  I thought this was a place where you could give and take without limitation.

The tomato looking at the cauliflower sheep.  Priceless.

On my way back to the cookies to add the friends I was remiss due to my absent mind.

Cookies. Cookies. Cookies!! I'm home just in time!!

Spar I'm eagerly waiting your report. I've gone out and found another funny troll to keep you company while you await the test results. [This one is not from my travels this summer, as the earlier ones that you took such a liking to were..... this one I found at photobucket. I like his big ears the very best. He must be a VERY good listener, don't ya think? I'm not sure what the scandanavian heritage sees in these gremlins, but I was told that they bring a lot of good luck. We can all use a little folk-luck -- that's for sure!]

SAINT: I just giggled like a school girl over the cauliflower on parade. LOVE it!

Celia: I'm glad that you're keeping us all happy. So glad the sun is shining in your heart.

Dream: It wasn't that Sahalie didn't have a cookie for you. I confess. I ate yours.

Sahalie: I just love coming home and finding cookies awaiting. You'll make the very best kinda grandma possible.

Janny: It's the weekend!! Whooo hooo. Please don't share any domestic cleaning ideas. I'm already intimidated. Yesterday I cleaned off our kitchen counter top and 1.) threw out last year's Christmas cards that were sitting there in a nice stack and 2.) discovered a library book that I had to purchase -- due to it's unknown ware-abouts.

Please don't ever think that I make up these kooky stories, just to endear myself to you. Spar, I really do NOT cook. DH does all of that for us.

Footie: I'm waiting your report as well. I was so happy to see your posts for hugs earlier in the day.

Julz: do you have big weekend plans? singing spectacular? want to come sing on my next album? I'm just home from my recording studio -- soooooooo exciting to be starting on this next HUGE project!!

Lisa: I too would love to have one of your hot-air balloon collages. Would you consider emailing a copy to me to print? I can handle it if the answer is no, but if you're willing to share, I'd enjoy having that in my office.

Margo: wondering how you're feeling these days? hopefully you've gotten better while sitting under the shade of the cabana -- with your feet up, reading a little beachie smut -- romance

MaryLou: it's time for you to pop in I think, I loved keeping vigil for Spar in that chair

Shrink: are you all packed and ready to go? we're still awaiting pics of the party. sounded like so much fun!!

WingerGirlFriend: get thyself down here to the sun and the sand, and pronto. want to get caught up.

Sige: looking for some of your creativity. we need everybody, that's for sure

Moose: can you hang out this weekend with us? I want to get better acquainted.

JAZZ: where are you sweetie??? I envision you painting up a watercolor storm of pieces, oblivious to us here, oblivious to the weather, oblivious to work -- ready for your first retrospective. I'll sell tickets at the door. Just come tell us when and where.

Harley: come thru for a nice cookie and a tall drink after work.

I've consulted my list of beachin' bunnies and I think I've got everyone. I'll double check after I post.

Edited: because Amy has returned to the fold, since I made my list (on a crumpled paper towel, but still very helpful!!) Amy, hoping you have some high school hi-jinx to enjoy this weekend. Your son should meet SAINT's daughter...... they're both theatre people!

Good grief Charlie Brown.   I left out Mary Lou and Moose.  Man o' man.  Back to add.

No one shall be left out of cookie time.

Christmas cards.  Did Faith mention Christmas cards?  Dear Faith of creation and song.

I use the old cards as gift name tags for the new festive holiday gifts.

The kids love the kiddly types.  It's fun.  Plus Spar* you will like this one.

I found a place that shows photo faces of our loved ones on the old cards.

It's so neat.  Where Santa or whomever's face should be* there is a loved one.

So cute and funny and happy.

Sahalie..... go and edit, cuz I know Mary Lou is gonna want some, and I've declared her a bona-fide regular.

I think you should also pour a cup for HeyMoose, just in case she swings thru.

Then I think we'll have our up-to-date list of regular beach-bunnie-shells.

You're quick on the draw, Sahalie. Now we've got it!!

I did use the Christmas cards for other purposes -- and those beyond my capability are no longer decorating my countertop. LOL

Should I tell you about going out to dinner last night. All of us, S & S and WB and da babeez, with my brother-in-law. The guys decided to go to get groceries after dinner. Some how that left Sarah and I and the 3 some here at my house, and neither of us with a key (as neither of us had driven the first portion of the evening.)

So there we were sitting on my back patio, two crying babes and the sun going down. LOL

What a hoot. Several different neighbors invited us in to take shelter..... but we had fun.

I guess it's time to get one of those hide-a-key things, huh?

Thanx for the cocoa & cookies---found lots more good food art to post---y'all are gonna get tired of my collection!

OK bunnies, shells, and cabana boys. My real-life work has now officially begun.

The recording studio has the mixed tracks for this HUGE HUGE project all done for me to begin to "practise" before going in next week and laying down the scratch/vocal tracks.

I start back to making my rounds at my schools on Mon too and will go to the studio after I'm done with those each day.

Someone will need to remind me this time next week, that I had a nice hiatus recently. So I don't want anyone to be the least bit concerned if I seem to fall off of the beach for a while. I'll be sure to wear sunscreen anywho, cuz I'll keep that beachie feelin' glowin'.

This is how I want you all to picture me, as a beach angel (looking over your shoulder):

Yup. That looks a whole lot like me. Latest technology. Long flowing tresses. Bikini-ready. In my dreams.

Laters.  I'm off to my own appointment.

Spar dear one.  I wish and pray your test results come in all clear and great news.

Keep your beautiful smile and heart full of happiness.

Do not let negative anything enter your life.

Eat this and enjoy with every bite.

    Love* Sahalie

Saint. Mine says that the image has been deleated by Photobucket.

My suggestion. Just go up above, hit edit, and insert a different pic..... that will keep the beach clean.

Beachie Kids: I just got a PM from Spar. It seems that she has been posting in excess of a gazillion posts a day, so she has been asked to kindly keep her remarks in the five-a-day range for a while. Sorta like five-a-day servings of vegetables. (see cauliflower above)

Anywho. She is awaiting news from the doctor. They promised to call tonight, if at all possible, so that she wouldn't have to stress all weekend.

    Stay tuned for further developments.

off to 'work' on all of this new music............

    Here's the news from Spar:

They just called, all clear of cancer, just inside deep bruising of rt hip area where I have been having a lot of pain.  The lump must be scar tissue.

    Party party party
