Hey Beachie Kids!
Sorry--been AWOL again! I promise to get my butt back in gear soon---just not so easy lately! Just cleaned up from our monthly dinner club with friends. Went well, but I am pooped!!!
Did the volunteer thing today. I am excited to tell you I was asked to come back & socialize puppies tomorrow!! It feels like such an honor & makes me feel that I have more of a purpose-we all need good reasons to get out of bed! I will have a special suprise tomorrow--pix of the first cat named for a beach kid! Can you guess who it is???
Big hugs spar---remember I keep a candle burning & you will be in my prayers! KNOW that whatever happens---YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!! Hang tight & stay strong while you wait-waiting is the WORST as we all well know---but make something beautiful while you wait--I want to see pix!! HUGS
Big hugs to one & all. We all face uncertainties & inconveniences that make day to day life a pain in the patoot! I keep you all close in prayers & think of you even when away--I am glad to have this beach as a kind of escape!! HUGS AGAIN
Be well & stay strong

Seems like we're the lucky ones -- those with electric restored. Most of the city still without. Just got a call from gyn & my annual scheduled for this morning cancelled as they are still dark.
Now I can get back to the serious 'unpacking' part of moving back in. I haven't lived in this house since Feb and whew things are outta wack -- even by my standards. Company coming tonight, so must get the heaps down to piles before then.
Just wanted everyone to know that while I'm untangling all of this heaping -- I'll be saying prayers for each and all here at the beach and those just inland as well, too.
MaryLou: I laughed out loud. The happiest type of belly laugh you can imagine. Can't remember when I've had one of those in such an unexpected and spontaneous burst. Still giggley with after-shocks. Cutie.
A to Z and 100 to 1. You're in my heart.
Lisa. I too could not get your latest image and hope that you can over-ride the machine gremlin, so that we can see what you've shared. (I always think that it's me! So glad to hear that Sahalie was having the same issue.)
Saint. So proud that you've been promoted to puppy bonder. You'll excell at those responsibilities. Just remember, you can't bring them all home.
Celia. Can't wait to see what you find on the beach today. Hope you're done with the ouchies.
Sige. I'm on the lookout for your contribution, too.
Margo. Wondering if your throat is ready to sing? Tonight's sing-a-long @ the bonfire.
Sahalie. I think I know where my guitar is, I'll bring to the sing-a-long. Can you get da boys to get the bonfire lit, a few extra drinks on hand tonight -- may be in order. Seems several of our beach bunnies have had more than their fare share to contend with lately.
Julz. What fun you must have on the DJ circuit. Have a blast. Put in on my account.
Shrink. I woke up the other night, middle of the night and realized that I'd left you out of a previous post. So was thinking of you a bit ago -- don't ya wonder how our brains work? Double the hugs.
Dream. Bet you're getting excited about Vegas. I'll send you a quarter with my name on it.
Footie. Your attitude is amazing. Thinking of you as you make the rounds to your doctor.
Jaz. Now I'm just flat out getting concerned. Hope that it's just work that's got you over-extended.
Wingers. Love seeing you 'back-at-the-beach' ........ enjoy these gorgous days. Light us up.
Harley. You have to watch out for wings, she's a slave to fashion and has been known to grab up others' accessories to harmonize her ensembles. Be careful with what you leave laying around the sand.
Moose. Good to see you back around the boards. Come play today & make something with us.
Janny. Wise advice for Spar earlier. Wish we could all follow your wisdom in the midst of it all.
Spar. The whole day I'll be accepting some of your pent-up energy and putting it to good use. Know that we've got your back thru the waiting process. We'll be here for ya!!
Undoubtedly I've left someone out again. But rest assured, I'll wake up in the middle of the night and be thinking of you!!
Off to my heaps. Will stop back thru when they're down to piles.

Faith, so happy to hear you have POWER!!!! Woo hoo!!!! I love that last pic you posted.
SoCal, I can't see your pic either. I'll bet it's a beauty.
Sahalie, save me a bursty berry muffin, please! I haven't had muffin in years. Too fattening! But on the cyber beach, I can have one.
Spar, hang in there girlfriend. Seeing all these crafty things that people are posting is giving me a hankering to get crafty myself. Some of them are really ingenious! My DH would be out there cutting up Faith's tree for firewood also, lol!
Celia, I am always astounded by those pics of sand sculpture you post. They are just beautiful!
Heymoose, Shrink, Margo, Marylou, Saint, Julz, Wings, Footie, Harley, Dreamwriter and anyone else I may have missed accidently, have a wonderful, beachy keen day!!!

Happy afternoon to everyone. Sarah brought over the tribe for lunch and that just filled me up with hearts for everyone here. Wish you could all have some snuggle time with these little pips.
It's just enough to splash all over............
