There are ivermectin formulations for livestock and humans. Neither is a treatment for COVID. Even the manufacturer of ivermectin says there's no evidence and it may be dangerous. The possible side effects are scary. Don't take this.

They would make so much money if it really worked. This Big Pharma says it doesn't work. I believe them.

Maybe the hospital is treating actual neglected tropical diseases?

exbrnxgrl and serenety make very good points. I just got my covid booster (Moderna #3) yesterday. Felt pretty flu like yesterday, but went to work today and got quite a bit done.

As someone who lost my mother to Covid in May of 2020, I understand how horrible this disease is, and how much people can want to do anything to protect themselves and others from it. I would give anything to get a hug from my mother right now.

As a molecular biologist, I understand how the mRNA vaccines work. They are brilliant in their simplicity, and very safe. Like a virus, they'll trigger a few cells into temporarily making a protein, which will then get secreted into the blood stream where the immune system will see it, determine it's foreign, and make antibodies against it. It's one, but only one, and a benign one of the proteins the virus makes, so now the body will recognize it when the virus comes along. mRNA is very short lived when there is nothing to make more of it, and there isn't in the vaccines. These vaccines are the best protection we have right now.

I cannot recommend worming agent against a virus, and as exbrnxgrl and serenity point out - apparently, neither can the manufacturer of the worming agent.

Are you sure it's an ER doc and not an urgent care clinic? There is a clear distinction between the two. This is the wiki regarding the founder. It sounds like he is an expert in his field, but he is also prescribing regimens outside of federal and international recommendations for patients outside of clinical trials.

Mods have stated they don't want misinformation regarding Covid on these boards. So, putting it out there that it would be strange for an ER doctor to follow the protocol, unless they were doing it in private practice like an urgent care setting. Can you cite the hospital, so those of us who live near you know what kind of treatment theu will receive and whether or not it's an approved regimen?
