Good morning, Cat Ladies. Love those pics!

Alannah
-
feelingfeline, That is such a good picture. Alannah reminds me of my Louie.
-
Those are great photos, so hard to get good pictures of black kitties. Which is a real shame, they're always beautiful.
-
Black cats always look so regal when they are sitting. My Princess looks like she is saying “worship me, peasant”
-
Well she is saying that!
-
Kudos to getting good photos of black kitties. I haven't been very lucky and Squeakers doesn't want to be a star.
-
My black kitties were always very photogenic. My Grace kitty is pretty good at letting me get pictures of her.
-
FF your Alannah is gorgeous she looks so very happy. Petite great pics of your Louie how handsome!
-
Louis is definitely regal
-
Alannah looks like she knows everything and might share some of it eventually.
-
Alannah and Louie are just beautiful!

Gorgeous!!

Absolutely regal. Nice pictures. I love loving at the cat pictures. The other day i was a little stressed and went through the cat pictures and some of them disappear over time. I guess they go off into cyber space.
-
Lovely cat pictures! Thanks for posting!

Finally going to take hefty kitty to vet next week - gonna pay for blood tests to find out why he is so very hefty. He's happy and sweet but out of control with weight. All the food trying has not worked. I have to buy a bigger carrier, he ain't squeezing in the one we have! Photo is hefty cat and normal sized cat...

Chonky kitty!
-
Together I have a Chonky kitty as well - he is a diabetic. I give him insulin shots twice a day and he is doing very well. Hoping yours is just a happy eater. By the way, he is orange and white as well hmmm
-
Miss Felix was a chunky cat and had diabetes. That was 5 or 6 years ago. She is off insulin, but still has special food.
-
He could just be big boned. We had a pair of brothers that had a ten pound difference between them. The bigger one had to have surgery and my husband mentioned to the vet how fat he was. She corrected him by saying he had a large bone structure. Larger than some dogs in her practice. I had been saying that all along because his head was large than his brother’s.
-
I hope he's just big boned. Our kitty is built like a wrestler, stocky and broad. No health problems other than being FIV+.
-
Yeah I don't think he's big boned. He's a mega chonk and I bet you can't see his waist when you look down at him. I've had a cat like that before, well he would still be that way but now the kittens run him ragged.
-
I'm curious how much he weighs. We had one at the shelter that was 25 lbs. I had to get help to get him from the car (in his carrier) to the vet's office. It's a really slow process for them to lose weight because it can overwhelm their liver if they lose too fast.
-
Good morning, cat lovers. I am curious how much he weighs. When Felix was at her heaviest she was 13#, but she is petite. Now she is 8#. She is 22 yrs. old. I had a big tabby cat that reach 20#, but he was big. He lived to be 23 or 24.
-
With my current cats, Eddie is about 18, maybe 19 pounds at the moment. He loves his food. Wally (his littermate) is probably about 16 pounds. The girls are growing like little weeds, they're nearly 7 months old and I think they're probably around 6-7 pounds. They've both got long bodies and long tails, so they may end up being larger cats.
