VC, tell those little chemo suckers to get right in there and kick ass on any lingering cells. I worked at not hating chemo during all my infusions over 5 months. I tried (sometimes it worked better than other times) to see that all side effects I experienced, from weight loss to hair loss to hypersensitive smell to mood changes to some fatigue were all proof that my chemo soldiers were getting to every part of my body -- and were completing a deep clean to get rid of any cancer cells hiding in my corners.

Reframing the experience helped me get through it.
