Missouri what a beautiful encounter with kindness. Best wishes for all 5 making a speedy recovery after neutering and best wishes to you on your final infusion. Yaay freedom!
Had a little miracle of our own here this afternoon. Went into the bedroom and there was a young blue tit (small blue and yeallow native Irish bird) inside the bedroom fluttering at the window trying to get out. Took about 10 mins to coax it to be calm enough to let me shepherd it out the window. Miracle was my husband was drilling noisily in the attic laying flooring, so the cats were hanging DOWNSTAIRS away from the noise, and handily, AWAY from the bedroom. They would have thought that the bird was a fab living toy/early Christmas present. Thankfully, they never knew it was there!
