Well, they have resolved themselves on their own without me doing anything at all.....that is why I am puzzled!
-
Hmm interesting -- perhaps your browser did an automatic update which cleared everything out for you? Regardless, glad it's working!

Hi Mods. I'm a shameful editor because I'm usually posting from my phone and that predictive text always gets the better of me, yet I'm too lazy to type it out so I keep it on....lol. Consequently, I'm always hitting the delete button by mistake. What happened to the confirmation prompt before a message gets deleted? It disappeared. Is it gone for good?

hi leggo. Testing.
-
Hi Leggo -- we were unaware it disappeared -- Just tested with the above post to see what's up!
We'll pass this along to the tech team to see if we can get the Are You Sure? prompt back.
thanks!

Thank you. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. I'm unsure if it's just an android thing. Haven't used a pc in forever.
-
Thanks Leggo -- We confirmed it also is missing when using a PC. We'll let you know when/if this gets fixed!

Leggo -- Our tech team has fixed this issue! You should now receive an "Are You Sure?" prompt when deleting a post.

I have been having an issue the last few days. I will click on a page & it comes up, then it flips up higher on the page & back down very quickly. It doesn't seem to do this on any other website. I have tried rebooting my browser. I am on Firefox on a Mac laptop. Thanks GG

Dear GG27, We will check it out. The Mods
-
Mods, I have that problem to a greater extent on my iPad than my Mac. It seems to happen to me when the page that is loading has a lot of pictures on it.
-
Still having this problem, any solutions yet? Not sure that I've changed anything on my end, but willing to try. Have rebooted both, they are both up to date. It's happening on both Ipad & mac laptop, it's so annoying. Thanks! GG

Dear Moderators,
I find that the Add to/Remove from My Favorite Topics toggle is very close to the Back to top/Jump to bottom links. It doesn't take much to hit the remove link, especially when view the topic from a phone.
Is it possible to move the Add to/Remove from My Favorite Topics toggle maybe to the right side of the page, leaving the Back to top/Jump to bottom links on the left, alone? That way those of us viewing on small screens are less likely to accidently drop our favorite topics off our favorites list.
Thank you,
Mominator

GG-
We haven't heard back yet, but we'll follow up in the morning!
-
Mominator-
That's a great suggestion, we'll pass it along!
-
Thank you Mods, I appreciate it. I just tried Chrome as well & it does it too.

Moderator posts aren't showing as new posts for me (i.e., in a thread with a new post count of 0, I will see a post you made 3 hours ago when I was offline).
-
Dear ksusan, We did report this, Thanks. The MOds

Dear Moderators,
Similar to the that (Add to/Remove from My Favorite Topics toggle is very close to the Back to top/Jump to bottom links), the report this post link is very close to the member name link. Maybe that could be moved as well?
It doesn't take much to hit the wrong button, especially when viewing the topic from a phone.
I've been startled a few times when I've wanted to learn more about a member and I've hit the report this post button instead
At least there is a warning on the report post link, maybe we could add a warning on the drop from favorites link.
Thanks for fixing the losing posts problem.
-
We'll pass this suggestion too! Thank you!
-
Hello Mods,
A big Thank You to you and your tech team for moving "jump to top/bottom" away from the "add/remove from my favorite topics" buttons. Similar "report this post" was moved away from the the member name.
I really appreciate those changes and I bet this will prevent so many of us from pushing the wrong buttons!
😍 😘

Great suggestion Mominator!!
I can't even count the number of times I've removed a favorite thread by clicking on the wrong link.
Thank you mods!

Hello
I am wanting to make my BC public profile more sensible. Should I make the first or second diagnosis top of the list? I can't seem to work out how to put in radiation which I had after the lumpectomy in 2012. I was on Tamoxifen for 4 years after my first diagnosis and now I am on Arimidex, but the order in my public profile is wrong. Is it possible to put the % Er+ in as with my recent ILC diagnosis. The ILC tumour was only 30% Er +
Thanks
Gerri
-
Hi Gerri,
Thanks for reaching out! Here are some answers for you:
- Your diagnoses will automatically be listed according to diagnosis date from top to bottom (first diagnosis at the top).
- Radiation therapy should be an option under your My Treatments tab -- let us know if you're having trouble finding it.
- You can add dates to your hormonal therapy so that it's chronologically accurate.
- Unfortunately, at this time, there's no way to add the % of hormonal receptors -- but it's a good idea and one we'll consider!
Let us know if you have more questions or need anything else!

Just a suggestion . When we have these massive spam attacks, it would be nice to have button "report member" so that all their posts are reported at once because they are obviously all spam. Rather than have to click on all 34 or all 19 posts individually to report each one.
-
kareenie, great suggestion. I've reported 80+ spam posts since Sat morning.

The last post in the thread "Here's what cheezed me off today." keeps showing up in my favorites as a new post even after I have looked at it and closed out. I have deleted the thread from my favorites and then added it back in, but the same thing keeps happening. Is there a way to have this last post not show as new anymore?
Thanks!
