Grateful for the predicted good holiday weather.
-
11/26- grateful for a day of relaxation at home, a yummy turkey meal and some movie time.
Grateful for all the friends here and for BCO that keeps us all connected too.
Happy Thanksgiving to all!
-
It has been awhile - but
grateful for another year under my belt, so to speak
happy healthy young adults living in my house (OK they are my kids) and gradually moving their lives forward (YEAH)
for friends and family
for BCO and the support and connection I receive every time I come here, whether to read or post

Also grateful for my BCO friends, for a year of good health, for the chance to travel & see & do some very fun, interesting things, for friends & family & pets!
-
Happy New Year friends! I seem to have lost this from my favorites, but added it back to my favorites!
My mantra for this new year is to "loose the attitude, and embrace the gratitude." I want to live more in a place of being grateful every day, no matter what is going on in my world or the world at large.
I am very grateful to be to another new year, for good holidays with family and friends, safe travel to and from the west coast over Xmas, for the generosity of others, and so much more!
Blessings to the sisters and the moderators here on BCO in 2016!
-
I am grateful for the same things as Jazzy (except that I didn't go to the West Coast over the holidays ).
-
1/8- grateful to find out through my bone density test that Prolia shots this past year are helping to mitigate bone loss from the AI drugs. It works!
-
Awesome, Jazzy.
Grateful that it's Friday. I'm tired!
-
Grateful that we are getting some much needed rain.
-
I am very grateful for a fabulous yoga weekend last weekend with great food, wonderful yoga, beautiful surroundings, soaking, some treatments and so much more!
-
I am grateful for a really fun vacation to Arizona, where the weather was perfect for all the outdoors things we wanted to do.
-
Grateful for the little amusements of nature. National geographic photo of the year!
-
Beautiful!
Grateful for a sense of humor (I have two naughty old cats!
-
Ruth- ha ha, I love that cat pic!
2/27- grateful to have found a new massage therapist to work on my achy breaky feet!
-
Grateful for a couple of days where its been warm enough for me to have a window open to allow in fresh air!
-
Grateful for the blooms of springtime
-
#1: I had a meltdown at my post-op check today and I am so grateful to the onc nurse who gave me great comfort at one of my most vulnerable moments. Super sweet and warm.
-
Grateful for Pilates classes, which have significantly reduced my need for pain meds and gotten me more active again overall. I had stopped for mastectomy, was too wasted during chemo, then just could not motivate myself to exercise regularly alone at home. For me exercise is mucheasier when there's group pressure to complete the routine (and a monthly fee to not waste). Rejoined the health club last November, and although there's still a long way to go to get back to pre-bc shape, I'm very grateful -- and surprised -- how much better my body already feels after only four months.
-
I am so grateful for spring wildflowers
-
I feel grateful for the bike path where I walk in the morning. It goes on seemingly forever, has gentle up and down hills, and sometimes I see the cutest little kids wearing their little helmets, riding their kiddie bikes with mom and/or dad.
If I stop and really notice the flora, sometimes I come across plants with unusual flowers or leaves or fruits.
I am grateful for this place which is open to all.
-
I am grateful that I can be a voice for the voiceless.
I am grateful for rest when I need it, energy when I have it, and things that strike me as funny all the time!
I am grateful for the things that keep me interested daily. No two days are the same.
-
I am grateful that I have my snuggly dog Pablo with me at all times. He must be covered always by a blanket. If I get up, he is my dutiful bathroom attendant.😋
-
I am grateful that my air conditioning in my car is repaired. Before: After:
