Grateful to finally get approved for my LTD from my insurance company. They will make me jump through the usual hoops I am sure, but it is such a relief to have the first couple parts done.

10/8- grateful for a wonderful five day trip to NY for a family wedding. So much great family time, I came home filled up and we are planning our next event to see each other (maybe even here in NM next year!) Grateful for safe travel, wonderful cousins, good times, and the great memories made.

10/9 grateful for lots of hot air balloons drifting over the house this morning. This one literally came so close I felt I could reach out and touch the basket. By the time I grabbed my phone to take a shot, this was landing in my neighborhood. I am one lucky gal.

10/23- I went to a woman's wellness retreat today and one of the speakers talked about the importance of gratitude. I have had a gratitude practice for years long before this thread, but it made me also think about this thread and how it seems to be slowing down.

So today I will share I am grateful for a wonderful day outside with great women, good food, beautiful fall weather, the first of the sandhill cranes in the fields nearby were also sighted today!
