Ok Glennie, I am not too crazy then.

Ms. Sas, what were you trying to do? Hiccups??Hehehe. All the pics look like they were taken at the same angle with the same lighting.

Sassy, it's just another angle on my ongoing issues. Started reading an article by someone who had been dxed for years with fibro; went to a new doctor who tested for mycotoxicosis and found levels through the roof. When I read the list of possible sx, it triggered. Started researching. There's even some thought that MS might be a result of the toxicity damaging the myelin sheath. Of course there's no real fix for it, cost prohibitive to detoxify the house. But I'm thinking I might bring it up when I see the neuro at the end of the month.

I just get so tired of going through day after day with barely enough energy to drag myself from one room to another. It's no way to live.

mags, awful stuff, one of the things that the microbiome research has PROVEN is that circulating endotoxin's a reality. Those endotoxins can change distant cells function. The endotoxins are identified as bacterial. But that's only because direct research of mycotoxics is unknown to me as it relates to the microbiome.

    On kindle....a trial to type..

Okay, yes... Kings Crown... I think what I should do is clean them up, then wrap them and put them in the big plastic bin with my folks old stuff. I'll leave little markers in them, so the girls will know what they are...

My Mom had her "things" in a China Cabinet... and never told me about them... I just thought they were pretty, and after Dad passed away, I took everything I wanted... Her special things... I have to take better care of these things... I had them in my front window... All my pretty glass-ware. Okay, I can hear Sass now... 'That is the worst place to display valuable glassware!" Hah!

I have that bin with all of their special things... an old dress of Mom's.... her 3 5-year diaries, the cards they gave each other in a special scrap-book I made... Their Drivers Licences... (facing each other) and even a musical tea-pot of Mom's... I just like to look at their things once in awhile.

Beautiful pictures Sass.... Am I seeing things, like in triplicate, or ..... no wait.... Don't go sayin' nothing to Sass... She is thinking we all won't notice. Maybe it is a Sass-allucination.... just go on like we didn't notice.

Glennie... me too... I AM trying to de-clutter.. Except I take things out to the garage, and then when I go back in there, I bring other things back in! The garage is "purgatory" for things I don't want... But if they are there too long, I don't get them up to the shelter place!

This is like looking at Hoarders! Everytime I would see that show, I would go clean something up!

We have been married for over 58 years... And I think I have saved everything we have now, since THEN! The girls are gone... but that room upstairs that they lived in, is still full of "STUFF"! I'm trying to talk myself into getting rid of quilts, and spreads, curtains, sheers, table-cloths that I have not used in 20 years. I don't know why I SAVE everything! Even appliances... I keep the old one just in case the new one quits working, and then I will have a spare. This is not normal....

Okay.... that's my New Years resolution...

Wow. This could clean out my whole Pinterest Organization board!:

Sassy- I have heard of Art Tatum but don't know his music? Must YouTube......

Your space and tree look so cozy!

Chevy- I am going to put those questions on the DeClutter thread. Yes, there is one.....

Rose- thank you for the kind wishes about my work. I have always done better in self employment/consulting work than in anything else. I like the flexibility to choose. I hope your swelling goes down and you can enjoy your weekend.

Jazzy, you read my mind! Yes, please put those questions over there.

Chevy: I'll tell you,, every time I clean up an area,, it feels so good to see it bare and uncluttered. I'm excited that the weather is FINALLY cooler here and hope it lasts,, as I want to tackle my little storage room off of my screen porch,,, and when it's hot,, it's just too dang hot to do it! My other thing, is that I HATE house cleaning,, and if there is less stuff to clean around,, it will be so much easier to house clean,, that is one of my motivations.

Mags: can you link that article about fibro? I have fibro too, and am curious about what you are reading.

    thanks, glennie

Thanks, Mag for the link. Goodness grief!!! The list of symptoms is endless!

It seems like most of the symptoms are as a result of immunological responses. Found an interesting article on PubMed:

    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/15143854/

Maybe Ms. Sas can shed some light on it.

Ms. Chevy, certain things are hard to let go. I have no problem giving away DH's and my kids' "stuffs", but I have a hard time throwing away my lecture notes from college. AND I graduated twenty two years ago!! Now that is also not normal. I saved the tips to declutter you posted and plan to show it to DH and kids

interesting read Mags. But how can ALL over 100 symptoms of fibro be attributed to mold? I am weather, light, sound sensitive. Yep, fibro symptoms too. Be interesting to follow this.

Hi, haven't caught up. Did a crock pot of chicken and things. Threw in some tangelo segments, will see if it adds any flavor.

Chevy, I was scrolling for something else and found this page. Thought you might have fun. Replacements.com is always the go to site, but Ebay is too :) Wish I could say, please, don't tuck away your Mom's things, but I have too. Consider though the enjoyment of having them out. AND if you think of your Mom often b/c you see the items then keeping them out, that's special :)

Mags I caught the discussion on mold, but haven't read the whole thing, but I will. In the short term, science is in it's infancy understanding about all the bugs that affect us. I know that sounds strange based on several millennia(sic) of learning. I know I commented a bit, but the whole microbiome thing is growing so fast. Might not get to it until after Christmas or the next bottle of wine.
