Sorry I've been missing for awhile.....however, I've been back to doing the weekly weigh in for the past couple of weeks so there must have been some mental connection!
I've been doing Monday's but happy to change to Friday's especially if I haven't been really good over the weekend :-)
The first week I lost a pound....this week I stayed the same....but let's see what Friday brings.....
-
Hi Group, my friends call me "She" I am new to this group but I have been in other discussion rooms so I am not new overall. I am desperately trying to get back in shape and had joined the weight watchers group last August at work but then the wheels came off the bus as they say when I had my BC diagnosis a month later. I have gained about 20 pounds that I can't seem to get motivated to shed. I need some accountability and motivation to stay on track. Do you have any room for another person at weigh in on Friday's?
-
hi, She-Angel!!!! Welcome, Welcome!! Please join us!!! The
ladies here are just wonderful!!!! -
Welcome She, we're not perfect here but we do understand the struggle!!
Happy Friday's
-
Welcome She-Angel!! It is a tough struggle, but these ladies get it & our wonderful & truly supportive!!
Well....it is Friday & I did weigh in.....I did weigh in on Monday post vacation & holiday with my kids. The bad news is I gained almost 4 lbs on vacation & have lost 3 lbs this week, so I guess it looks like I gained 1 lb. I have been doing really well with my eating & drinking green tea (it really helps as a natural diuretic). I also have been walking & doing some yoga that I am DVR'ing ......Keep up the good work ladies & have a wonderful weekend!!
-
