grateful that I got a new dryer. The old one clunked out. Happy to have the money to buy one. Dang cancer is expensive !
-
Onco, love it! Grateful for the laugh!
-
1/10- grateful for making some good progress on clearing out two bedrooms that are going to be painted soon and having the energy to do this.
Onco- that was very funny.
-
1/7: grateful to get out and see some friends.
1/8: grateful my lost sunglasses were found at a friends house. Also grateful, DD came to spend the night tonight.
1/9: grateful DD has been so sweet and notified of a possible interview.
1/10: so very grateful to meet with friends I haven't seen in over 25 years and they treated me to lunch. One brought a photo album of fun times we shared. (Never realized before I was that young and slim)
-
grateful for having 2very sweet ds's. Dh and I never had children in the natural way but were so very very lucky to adopt 2 awesome boys.
-
2nd time- I lost a pair of expensive prescription Oakley's recently and found them in a coat pocket a month later. I know that feeling of relief when you find those types of missing items!
-
Onco, that was great. I shared it with some co-workers.
Maddy, children can be such a blessing.
Yesterday, I was grateful to be able to work from home. Lots nicer than going to the office.
Today, I am grateful for the slightly warmer weather as I do have to go to the office today. -3C or about 27F today. Yesterday was brutal with wind chills of -34!
Have a wonderful Sunday.
-
Grateful for a 'warmer' day as well.
-
1/11- grateful for another good day of progress here at home getting rooms ready to be painted, and a nice walk at sunset to get some fresh air and sunshine before this day was done.
-
Jazzy,
1/11: so grateful for friends who are happy to talk with you till 3 AM, let you crash on their sofa and just don't care if I show up right after I wake up
-
grateful for bco friends
Hey 2nd you still up ?
-
Grateful for my clean furbabies. Jackson went to the groomers and Princess had a bath in the kitchen sink!
-
Good morning happy campers! Another Monday is upon us. Yay.
Today I am grateful to have organized and cleaned up the files on my desk. Now to find out what is in them. Lol
-
1/12- grateful for finding a replacement leather coat for one that finally crapped out after many years of use. Got it on sale at Macy's and then found an extra 15% coupon!
-
lol Red
-
Red- I am cleaning out my home office to get it painted. What a nightmare, I have a lot of "going of through things" to do myself. Bring on the shredder!
-
Grateful that I said NO to a sub job so I can spend the day (hopefully) getting lots of things done.....which means that I can't hang around here!!!!
-
Grateful for Skype and seeing my DD and 22 month old granddaughter. Every day grateful for all the communication technology which is so easy to take for granted.
Also very grateful for canned pumpkin. DH and I made a pie in an oblong pan with crust made of dry oatmeal. I use coconut milk and splenda and omit the salt.
-
I am very grateful because a friend from the boards just found out that she had complete pathological response to her neoadjuvant chemo. Yea!
-
Grateful that even though I stay away, you are all still here. I use an iPad and for some reason typing on the iPad on BCO is a nightmare, sometimes it works sometimes you type a letter and wait 10 seconds for it to appear onscreen and because I come on late at night and I'm tired I get frustrated and just give up
-
Grateful for everyone here
-
1/15- grateful to have my home painting project done and finished in advance of schedule. Now on to the flooring.....
Ruth- excellent news about your friend. It also reminds me to check in on my friend who is doing chemo. I think I need to see if she needs a visit.
-
Today I am grateful for only 1 1/2 hours left of work. I forgot all my pills again this morning (not sure that this is why) and I think I'm emotional today. Before I put my foot in my mouth I need this workday to end. Lol
