FK:
my neighbor is on a strict GlutenFree diet. She says that some of the foods that are labeled GF can still give you symptoms. Apparently the tapioca starch or rice starch that they use to make cookies, etc can give the same symptoms. She recommends only eating, meat, chicken, fish and veggies for a while and see if that helps you. Don't eat any of the substitute GF foods.
Just a thought from my neighbor with celiac disease.

Ok....FK...........try that, and see if it helps..................and Sista......you do need help..........LMAO........oh sorry we were talking about GF weren't we..............guess I was thinking something else...............LOL

My GD just bought flour that's made of chick peas
Now if that don't give me the farts what would????
I did buy some cookie mixes that r GF but they r loaded with salt and of course sugar.
I have been eating chicken, fish and bison..today I had an avacado with some chicken and boiled potatoe
Grrrrrr
No wonder I lost 10 lbs,,,,
And yes ducky I NEED ALL THE HELP I CAN GET.....IN EVERY AREA EXCEPT MY TEMPER....
-
FK, do not know why you are loosing, I would still be gaining weight! the chickpea flour should be real healthy, I eat tons of beans and never get gassy so think it is just something to get used to!
but glad to hear you are eating a variety!
-
PTS...how in the heck do u ever get used to farting????
Yeah I'm tryin and I am feelin betta
But the farts continue....
-
Gee wiss Ducky if I ate beans or half that stuff I would be in real trouble. I side from INS and certain foods really cause problems.
I am still in bed because I have has a really bad time over the last three weeks. RA and fibro decided to flare together. Now been put on gabapentin to see if that works.
Big hugs to all.

-
I'm not takin any over the counter crap
I'll just keep farting
I think it's from all the junk I have eaten all my like and my body doesn't no any other way
Does that make any sense?????
I was in my GDs house the other day, bathroom actually and I said to her I smell something, she said like what and I said shit and she said no u farted...didn't even feel it comin out but it sure did smell.
I'm takin these pills called triphala Gold to repair intestinal wall..can't be that cause it was way before I started takin it...
Oh well....grrrrrrrrr
-
it is just gonna take some time for your tummy to get used to real food. Patience! it will work out
and you are right, stay away from any OTC silly stuff, do think you will get used to it!
-
hey
Guess what????
I think I figured it out
My breakfast bars r made of chick pea flour
Chick peas r very very gassy
My tummy betta get used to it cause tomorrow my GD baked me banana bread made with the same flour.....and we r goin out for the day....
Some of this GF stuff is very heavy, feels like I ate a rock
