    Just got on here and had lots to read - YEA!

    Linda - So sorry you are stuck in that prison for the weekend instead of going on vaca in VT.  I know what it is like to be stuck in the hospital for the weekend and it is not fun at all.  Hope you can make your break soon.

    I come here everyday and I have to admit there are times I don't post for days.  No one seems to miss me.  yes, I am whining.  I will post more often - I promise.

    Hi Val - Been missing you!  Stop by more often

    FK - Guess you lost the vote on the pictures.  I like seeing them too and we can still have lots of talk and discussion about many things.  I have to side with everyone else - sometimes the picture can be funny and make me laugh.

    I am going to post the first picture since the vote.  I found FK's broom.  She is so old - she needs handle bars so she can hold on - LOL!

    Stopping by to say thanks for the well wishes. I am surviving, hope to get out of here tomorrow.

    You ladies give me a lot to laugh about, and I love that we share the crap that we toss into the fire and I love that we share hugs around the fire when the crap is burning or when we don't have so much of it, we just have friendship. Hugs to you all tonight.

    linda, sorry that you are in the jail with probably bad food,too, and not the greatest of entertainment in there,too. i do hope you get out of there soon, even if FK has to come and rescue you! i hope you get out asap.

    I'm here.................just waiting for the fun to begin............its 10pm back here.................Watched the SVU marathon all day................except for taking time out to eat...............and even did that in the recliner..........

    Trying to think of a name for our new thread.............its wearing out my brain cells and I have few to spare.............

    Jo, you missed me...wow, that never happens...thanks for the shout-out.
    I always missed you when you weren't on here...but thought you were just busy or being too cool for us LOL
    Anyway, it's more special when you are here...so many thread have founders at the top and people who are new write to the person at the top of the page only to find out that person has disappeared.

    Well, there are no rules about pix on this thread, and as was mentioned above, who could control this crowd anyway?
    Crog,I like how you vote for pix then say you won't give your opinion and then you do again.  LOL hint hint we want pix privileges.

    K, thanks for keeping things going here.  I remember when I came back here, it was completely quiet...then it just started up again.  Life happens.......

    I have 5 more days of work - but two more weeks of nights starting tomorrow.  At least after Friday I'll have my days to myself until end of August.  I don't get paid in the summer but I like my time off. 

    We had a child-free Father's Day today so I had to be best friend to DH all day.  It was easy.  Lunch out, beach time, nap time, dinner time...not a bad day.  Perfect weather.

    I just want to throw cancer in the fire.  I guess we don't do it often enough because it is a monster that rears its ugly head way too often around here.  Burn, cancer, burn.

    Joan - Even though I may not post everyday, I sure stop by and read.  And I do miss you when you aren't here.  We have been hanging here for quite some time now.

    I do have to be honest with everyone - I did go away for awhile.  I wasn't sure if I wanted to stay on BCO or not.  Had trouble deciding if I stay away would that help me to move past this damn cancer crap.  After a lot of thought, and coaxing from FK I knew I wanted to come back here and stay.  I have made too many livelong friends to disappear forever.  Joan - you are so right when you said there are many threads where the person who started it is no where in site for one reason or another.  

    In other words, I am here to stay for as long as you all want me to.  OKAY!!!!!

    FK - As for the name of the new thread.  You have been given many good choices.  And you want a vote?  Since this was your idea, my vote would be for YOU to pick the name and let's get the party started.  Of course, you would let the rest of us know what the name is, right?

    Jo....me too...........I also think the idea  of having a thread for remember old thing, and old times is fantastic................Imagine bringing back all our childhood memories,  toys, places we went, things our kids enjoyed.....nostalgia is great.............I told Slow to start it and give it a name.........

    Mostlymom had some great suggestions for titles.........I think that would take off like crazy........

    So what do you say Kracker.......did we come up with a good name.........remember honey, this was your idea, so we should name it in your honor........LMAO......
