Yes it IS Pawprint! Glad you posted a picture, 2nd! Making those scarves is like an addiction, or something! If I'm out of thread, I think "Oh NOW what will I do?" So I go look at the scarves, and sometimes I take them apart, and do them over, to make them "fuller" or tri-color... like the red-white and blue one I am working on now...
See, it keeps me off the streets..... and poles....
And don't worry about the size of the pictures! Just post one of your cat now! If they are larger, I can see them better...Ha!
And Jwow! Is that a blue you? Yes, the picture IS pretty!
Have a wonderful Easter gals! xoxoxo

Chevy, Sorry, Hudson is a community north of Akron. Ziggy lives there. Claire led the EMS volunteers, back when I was teaching. The fact that Claire is still alive is very nice. I so much would love to have Ziggy find her and tell her what a wonderful person I thought she was. Claire must be in her 80's now.........I'm with you about the everything Christmas. I never use the front room except at Christmas. That's why I started to leave the tree up all year. Then I left it decorated. Then I designed a cover that a BFF sewed. It looks like a victorian ballroom dress. If I could post pics. It'd make it easier to understand. Didn't put cover back on so I could have the tree on for the visit.
Chevy that pic is so true. A very humbling statement when I said there's no food in the house one time, DBF's response was "Trust me there's plenty of food in this house". I knew he has gone through some very tough times.
Cami, I missed the posts re: Joey---breaking a foot? Maybe I'll catch up. So, nice that he has his belief in God and able to say "That if they don't believe in God, they can't be right about everything" Pretty special for such a young child to be able to have the courage of his convictions at such a young age. I'm with you I really disliked coloring eggs too. DH always did it with DS. Cami, I love your posts, I never think you go on &on. You are so supportive of everyone. You always say the most perfect things to help someone. Please, never stop
Maddy 2ta, LOL, I'm Smartie Sunshine. Who are you?
Wild Sunshine, Oh that so fits you, The goat leader on the farm
Welcome Rosa, haven't seen your post b/c I'm catching up. But there are some references to Melatonin in the topic box above. Click on them, you may find something there. Soteria has studied Melatonin. You could PM her. I know she wouldn't mind at all.
Teka--good one. I should put Mark Twains biography on my Bucket list
Badger, I'm having a memory lapse , and it's bugging me. I can't remember your real name. We've sat and talked over coffee for goodness sake. We've Pm'd for years, please, do me a kindness and Pm it .
A Blessed Easter to everyone, May your hearts and soul's be strengthened by his love.
-
LOL sassy PM sent. Happy Easter everyone! ((hugs)) to all. ♥

OK Candy Baby is talking right now- and does that name fit me, well nothing much fits me but that.
OHHHH Sas is settling back into the groove.
2nd so pretty, I love that style for people like me with no recon, I told u Chevy sent me 2 (which I've worn) and they not only cover they give a little frill so u really can't see and so pretty, like happy pretty. And this does keep Chevy off the streets, I know u don't have that problem, or do you?
We're staying home today and Joey will stay home till he sees the Dr. on Tues---but he's all upset about getting behind in school, something I've never taught him--so everyone has to calm him down---if he only feels like this when he's 16 it'll be fine.
The weather is great today in the 70-s like Spring. OH it is spring. I forgot. after the snow the other day
-
Cami...I want you to know that I look forward to reading what you have to say everyday. Like Sas, I do not think you go on and on. I wish I was better at responding to posts. I also missed the post about Joey's foot.
-
My name is Smartie Rain Drop. I don't like it as much as Wild Sunshine.
-
Smarty Carrot Cake checking in...
F. BlueBird, I am still in shock that someone could be so insensitive to say something like that...you sound good, glad you have that behind you...
Pawprint, I always think of you by your first name ( BD ) before you changed it. I actually liked it, I guess cause I was sick, and I felt like it could be my name. Silly, but I thought it was so poignant. Pawprints are happy, so that is appropriate.
Sas, thanks for admitting you could not remember Badger name. I am going through the "I lost my mine because of chemo". It's embarrassing to acknowledge how many times a day I cannot remember a word, or something very simple.
Candy Baby, I love it ! It does fit you...tell sweet Joey, Happy Easter from your good friends online. I feel like I know him and want to spoil him for Easter.
Well I am happy to have the Zometa behind me. I have had a low grade fever, napped this weekend, and disgusting night sweats but I know it's minor. Still have been able to be busy. My son organized a kayak competition, on a high volume gorge about an hour from where we live. I got to go watch for awhile yesterday before a baby shower that was a must to attend. I was so proud of what he has accomplished, and to see the respect he has from that community. Of course, DD was there working her tail off. DH there, with a cooler full of food, water & beer. Lol...
I hope all has a good day, as pain free as possible...Sas, keep in touch with us, we will be anxious to hear how your procedure goes & recovery....It seems so unusual, but I guess that's cause I have no experience with it..

My Easter Bunny name is------------------------

Sas is tomorrow the day for THE PILL? Just glow by the pool. Let us know how it goes, and don't eat everything in sight!

Hi had a problem with computer, AVG tech buddy solved it, but.wanted a couple of test posts....one from IE and one from chrome. Me advertising for tech Buddy AVG-THE BEST 200$ A YEAR FOR THOSE THAT HAVE NO REAL TECHNICAL KNOW HOW i.e I'm NOT like our GardenGumby whose a real expert. Saved me hundreds of dollars from having to take it to the local computer fix it store. I never loose days just a short time --maximum has been a couple hours at the worst. This was fixed in about 15 minutes---very cool. Great service.
-
sweet sugar drop here to say Happy Easter to everyone!!
-
-
sas, now *page 5* on the *Warm and fuzzy* thread!

I am Smartie Snuggle Bunny and DH is Loco Snuggle Bunny. Not too far off for either of us. The Loco is what keeps him interesting. Happy Easter to all who celebrate. DS called to say the GSs woke up all night long in anticipation. More excited than for Christmas.
-
Wren tha't so cute when kids get that excited about the Easter Bunny. LOL I like u'r names.
Hole How did u do all that with a fever--I would have been in bed, u are a trooper and u should be proud of u Ds and DD
Talk about forgetting, Wren I was going to say something to you--have no idea what it is.
-
holeinone, first time on Opitfast. Not suppose to use the scales but did this morning. Already lost 4 lbs. and that's with a snazzy luncheon yesterday. It's probably all water weight, they say you lose that first.
I have 4-6skeins of the yarn that makes the swirly scarves. PM me if you'd like any and I'll mail them to you. Not going to make them anymore. They are tri colored, in grays and brown. I can send a pic if you want.
Glad to hear most of you doing ok.
-
-
I like that bunny pic. Smaarty
Do all or most of u do these scarves, they look hard to me such talented peeps on here, I can't do anything really I've tried but what I see and how it ends up are 2 different looks on things I've tried and it always looks like a child was practicing--I've done knitting, needle point, crocheting, using a sewing machine, pottery, painting all and more and believe me it ends up horribly. So I'm not going to start again now--oh and spelling is right up there too.
-
Oh no, don't tell me! Spelling? I never would have thunk!
How come every one gets those cute little names, and I don't? I could have one you know.... I could maybe be frilly-filly.... or something like that!
Yes, I LOVE making the scarves...!
Cammi, you've done a LOT in your little life! And I don't belive you when you say, some of it turns out horrible! But that's okay.... don't send pictures of some of your failed attempts, because we might laugh... You couldn't SEE us, but you KNOW we would be.....
Smartypants! Are you SURE that's good for you? I know some of the movie-stars have done this, like Dolly Parton.... But if I could lose weight, and not cause something else wrong, I would do it too! Let us know.... unless you wind up so weak you can't touch the key-pad!
I would probably crumple over in a heap, if I tried that.....
-
Chevyboy, I brought this forward from *page 400*. Also, reposted on the *Warm and fuzzy* thread.
-
Sparkle Peep checking in.
Thanks for the compliments, Pawprint and Chevy! (Feel honored the great Scarf Master Chevy paid me a compliment!) Funny, I didn't start it till 10 PM last night, took a couple hours. (Didn't finish it off as I didn't know how long DD wants it to be.) She came and sat with me for a while after I started it had to hide it from her. She didn't think I made it! Think I could get "hooked" on making them (and no, not as in hooker, but in crochet hook).
Cami, I'm a home body, don't hang out in the streets. If anything, I tend to become invisible, no one knows I'm around, I blend into my surroundings.
-
Cami, you've become something I so admire and wish I could experience one day -- that of a Gramma (or Nana or whatever name). And it sounds like you are the best for your Joey!
That's more important than spending so much time doing crafts to occupy my time.
Teka, you are single-handedly keeping Warm Fuzzies moving right along
-
from linda505 on Middle-Aged Women thread:
This is your brain on peeps:
-
-
hahahahaha--that's someone ELSE's brain on no peeps. No names mentioned. Please 2nd don't admire me, I just do what I do, and I'm certainly a b*tch many times--well not to Joey tho.
-
getting my Easter peeps giggles on.....
-
in her Easter bonnet......
-
Oh that hand is fit for a queen--love it.
-
DD loves to microwave peeps till they morph into something disgusting and explode unless I catch her first. No Peeps this year, I don't want to clean the mess (plus, for the first time ever, not on my pure-sugar high so I don't want them in the house)
Where were you all last year when it was so much different?
